He is so confident and driven that I enjoy going every time, it's never a chore. So if your travelling or suck, too bad. Putting on hold or canceling the membership is a hard as building ikea furniture. They play favorites and if you don't go 5 Days a week you will not be one of them. I think for what they charge they could be far note gracious and flexible. They are commissioned sales people and you feel it. Sorry but I'm headed to the ymca.
