Verbal Education in my problem area for a large portion of my visit followed by handouts of the exercises I needed to do at home. Hands on was lackluster and limited. It wasn't until I went to a different therapist that I realized that leaving Bellingham Physical Therapy was a good decision for me. They immediately had me doing exercises followed by intramuscular stimulation and acupuncture. I feel that the focus on my problem and the efficient use of time was well worth the money spent. Throughout the week their staff were professional, concerned and friendly. The treatment of injuries was first class!
