Might be the best bagels in Brevard. I got the egg, cheese, sausage on everything thin bagel and it was good. I only ate half and the rest cold later in the day and still was delicious. I was next door getting my AirPods fixed and saw that this place had a lot of traffic, so I wanted to give it a try. I went in about lunchtime and ended up getting an Italian sandwich, which seemed to annoy some of the staff members a little bit. It was my first time in there, so I took a little bit longer to look at the menu that was posted and get accustomed to the sides, but no more than maybe 30 to 45 seconds. The sandwich was pretty good, I would put it up there with a standard sandwich, and you get a lot of bang for your buck, which is definitely good. However, I don't think it's beating out a Publix Italian or even a Jersey Mike's, if you want to drive down the street a bit. Inside, it is very much a local deli vibe. A couple of tables, some TVs go in, and it really establishes itself as that. Nothing fancy, but it doesn't need to be. Coffee-wise, it looks like they mainly just offered drip coffee over on the end, but I didn't order any, so I'm unsure if they had a more expansive menu. I'm definitely going to give it another try, but try what they are known for this time, that being some bagels, if they still have any in stock by the time I get there. Corey's is a staple of the beachside. Since I was in high school this was the place to get the best bagels and bagel sandwiches. Some things don't change. Went on Black Friday with a line out the door. Our order was quickly taken and we waited patiently. We paid and while fixing our coffees they brought us our order, I was shocked they could remember who's order was who's, without just yelling out the orders like a Starbucks. I've had Cory's several times between my first review and this one, but THIS transaction certainly takes the cake. Or the bagel. Whichever is more fitting. Living here at both indiatlantic and satellite beach I can tell you that id prefer to eat at beachside bagels. They're cleaner and actually make my order within a reasonable time at a better price bigger portion and done correctly. I've given coreys multiple tries but they keep adding capers to my sandwich when I asked them not to. Not only that I had to wait 15mins each time when they weren't that crazy busy with 3-4 workers in the back. The lady even forgot what bagel I asked for, so it shows you the kind of service you'll get here. They also prep sometimes with gloves and without. Sometimes it's one glove and the other without. Microwaving eggs in the same old plastic container made my eggs taste like plastic one time too. I had enough and finally ate at salt bagels which was okay but they took even longer but at least they made it correctly. But my saving grace is beachside. Im never coming back here. read more

My friend recommended we try the place for breakfast. I ordered a whitefish salad bagel and he got bacon, egg and cheese. the bagel itself was top notch. couldn't be better. the whitefish salad to me was a bit too much mayo (sour cream?) as opposed to the smoked whitefish itself. I still will say it was good, just not great. what WAS great was the Italian sub we took to go. They politely put the delicious Italian dressing in a small container per my request so as not to get too soggy when we ate hours later. It came with a tiny portion of either potato or pasta salad or even coleslaw and a hefty pickle slice. This Italian sub was one of the best I've had in a long time! friend agreed. Nice place to eat. We picked this restaurant to grab a quick bite before heading to the airport. Parking was easy. The staff asks for your order as soon as you walk in, so be ready. Now with the low-carb taboo trend, bagels have been relegated to niche neighborhoods and are hard to find. Even harder to find are GOOD New York style bagels that are cooked properly.Then there's the rarest of rare .....those that have a genuine Bialy. Corey's was a revelation, while visiting Melbourne. I went three days in a row....it was that good. Day 1. Bagel with lox, cream cheese , Onion capers and Tomato----- Perfect!! Day 2 Bialy with blue crab cream Cheese and Asiago bagel with scallion cream cheese Day 3 - Breakfast bagel sandwich No 1 - Bacon , Egg and Cheese Staff were great. i ordered the blue crab bagel and the vanilla bean latte. the bagel was yummy. it had cucumbers, tomatoes, onion, capers, and their house made blue crab cream cheese. it reminded me of the bagel shops in NY. wasn't too crazy about the vanilla bean latte however a friend of mine enjoyed it. if you like your coffee not on the sweeter side you will enjoy it. the service was great, i was greeted as soon as i arrived and they were PACKED. just goes to show how attentive they are. the ambiance was clean and welcoming. read more

I'm writing this review because I feel the owner should know. Whenever he isn't in the store making food the quality of product and customer service is sub par. My partner and I come in multiple times a week and every time the middle aged woman with brown hair, I think taller than the other woman, makes our food we get disappointed. She's not nice and always skimps on meat or cream cheese or it's just not done right. It's super frustrating because we love Corey's but we want to come more than just when the owners in. The bagel I got today is a #6, it usually comes open face with cream cheese bacon and tomato on both sides.. today I got it basically thrown together and smashed, cream cheese on one side and like 3 slices of bacon total. They had a great selection of bagels, we had Everything and Asiago bagels and both had great texture and were really flavorful. The scallion cream cheese was packed with scallions and the veggie cream cheese was full of veggies. I was surprised to see whitefish salad and bialys. The staff was great and everything was clean.
