Been seeing this storefront since we moved back Years ago. Finally stopped in the give it a try. It is a small space with lots of organic and vegan options and products for sale. Seats about 10 at two bars. I had the dragon fruit bowl and it was very good. Not a big açaí bowl guy but it was a delicious almost guilty pleasure. It was tasty and crunchy and I liked the fresh fruit. The staff and owner were very understanding of my questions and the tv cycles photos of their offerings. Came in to get some quality fuel for a triathlon in the morning. Staff was nice, the girl at the register did warn me it was the end of the week so they had run out of a lot of produce. Ended up going with the nori roll and the HHH salad with some walnut taco meat on top. Flavors were all solid, despite not having spinach or tomato in the salad. Market vibe is nice, they have some good looking stuff, especially for not being a vegan. Only thing I'd suggest is some rice in the nori roll to help it stick together, I know it's not technically "raw" but it would take it to the next level. We were looking for a vegan place in the area and stumbled upon this place. It far exceeded our expectations! My partner and I ordered wheatgrass shots, the tacos, and collard wrap. They were pretty similar, but the tacos had another sauce (a little spicy, but barely detectable). Super light, filling, and so fresh. We also tried the onion "bread" - the texture kind of reminded us of beef jerky and was pretty tasty. We sat outside and enjoyed our meals on their cute patio furniture. Staff is adequate, but they don't make much of an effort to make you feel welcome or to (most importantly) answer questions people may have regarding products they could potentially want to buy. A generous portion which was essentially a heaping pile of veggies, so it was a bit messy and couldn't quite be eaten like a sandwich, but I didn't mind. I'd never heard of onion bread, but it was delicious and had a nice crunch. All of the veggies were fresh and crisp, combined with creamy avocado and dressing (tahini I believe) to make a healthy dish anything but boring. They even served it with a side of kale chips. Overall it was filling and unique, albeit a tad pricey. The service was good, but slightly awkward (my friend ordered a chocolate shake and they came out to ask if it was ok that it was "extra chocolate-y" which confused both of us). From the cluttered decor and random artifacts to the staff's 70's appearance...you feel right at home and want to ask if the brownies are laced with something. :) But the food rocks! It is fresh, aesthetically pleasing, delicious, and completely filling! And the service and friendliness was fantastic. My only critique is that the bee pollen in the acai bowl should also have an asterisks by it indicating that you need order without to make vegan. Limited seating. Cool vegan options! My family is currently on vacation in Melbourne, and we wanted to try this place out (we are all vegan). We got quinoa bowls, nori rolls, and an human sandwich. All of the dishes and the sauces with them were great, but the portions of each ingredient could be improved. For example, in my quinoa bowl, it was like 60% carrots. Which, I would have preferred a quinoa bowl to have 60% quinoa and nut meat and 40% veggies. It would also be great to see more environmentally friendly packaging. I think it would really help this place reach their target market better for takeout. As for the reviews talking about political stuff, that isn't relevant and is honestly not right to complain about. Any political side has the right to show their beliefs in their business. It's relatively challenging to find restaurants and cafe's in Central Florida that cater to a Raw Vegan lifestyle - it's even more challenging to find a place that does it well. Yesterday afternoon my daughter and I drove over from Orlando to give H3 a try based on all the Yelp reviews - and it so worth it! Normally, I would not even consider driving 2 hrs (round trip) for a meal, nonetheless a raw vegan meal, which are renown for their variability. However, I have to admit this inconspicuous hole-in-the-wall cafe delivers on quality and service. I had the Quinoa Bowl and Banana-Strawberry smoothie. My daughter had the oatmeal w/Brazil Nut Milk (+strawberries) and a Banana-Chocolate smoothie. We didn't arrive until after 5pm, at which time the kitchen closes for 'Lunch' orders, so we got the meals from the 'Grab & Go Cooler' (a refrigerator), but the smoothies were made fresh. First, the smoothies were simply outstanding! I'm willing to bet that most people could not tell the difference between H3 raw vegan smoothies and processed ones. They make their own Brazil Nut Milk which gives these smoothies an unbelievably smooth rich taste. The Quinoa Bowl was delicious yet satiating, and my daughter raved about the oatmeal w/Brazil Nut Milk (+strawberries). We also bought a pack of the raw Chunkie Dunkies Oatmeal Raisin Walnut cookies, and a pack on their raw dehydrated Onion Bread. Both were outstanding! It was our first time trying Onion Bread, which couldn't of at a better time as eating Flax seed crackers was getting a bit old. One thing to note it that this cafe has a small footprint, so floor seating is limited. We opted to sit at the bar. All-in-all great food, great service, very friendly and helpful people. The timeshare I'm staying at down here had a menu in the room. Had to check this place out before I left. The large sign from the road does not say Happy Healthy Human, but instead says cafe. I say that, because we drove by it the first time. Parking was packed for the little strip mall that it is in, but we found parking. When we walked in there we didn't know where the line started. I overheard some construction workers ordering and moved to the line. Ordering process was really quick minus the protein bar that didn't scan. The HHH smoothie that I got, which I assume is their best seller as it is the first thing on the menu, was good. Wish it had been blended a little more and colder. They probably made a lot for the day and had them stashed in one of their fridges in the back. For two people, including the pre-made vegan taco that my friend got it was right around $20. It was funny, because the taco label said it had taco meat in it, but it really didn't. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you are in the area. You will not be disappointed. read more

If you are looking for a healthy option locally, this is it! Definitely one of my favorites not only because of my dietary restrictions but it's a tasteful treat. Makes it easier to still be able to enjoy the occasional treats and eating out. The quinoa bowl and kale chips are usually my go-to's for a fresh and flavorful satisfying lunch. My Aunt recommended the super bowl and I haven't gotten a chance to try it yet, but that's next on the list for me to try.
