His selection of appetizers, salads, mains, and desserts satisfied everyone at the table. He visited Walt's Seafood that morning to pick up the freshest fish for our entrée and ceviche, both of which were huge hits. Every side dish and every sauce complemented the meal beautifully, making each course feel complete and memorable. To top it all off, the kitchen was cleaner when he left than when he arrived.
