We hosted a Book Launch party for 75 people at our clubhouse. Worked with Corks + Forks for a small (2 people) dinner to celebrate a milestone birthday. The whole process was professional and super accommodating! Working with Mel on the menu and details was super easy. She is very responsive and answered all my questions fully. The team was super accommodating with my food allergy. Since we are in covid times, we opted to have our meal delivered. The chef was super nice and explained what needed to go in the oven, refrigerator, and how to serve the dishes. Our dinner was a three course dinner with a dessert. All the dishes were beautifully placed in their containers, we didn't want to mess them up plating them! We had an incredibly tasty a thanksgiving dinner to go. The chef was busily working very hard the day before Thanksgiving and took time to package our order on the spot, WITH specific instructions on how to reheat it all. The met with us in advance to review menu options, and enabled us to provide a wonderful combination of hors d'oeuvres, buffet dinner and breakfast over a 6-hour period.
