I haven't been to El Sabor Latino in a long time and the last time it was only for breakfast. They have expanded the restaurant tremendously since the last time I was there. I remember it was half the size. A lot more tables a lot more booths a really big bar in the back. It's a very large, welcoming, inviting space. My server was exceptionally friendly and she let me know it was taco Tuesday, so of course I had to get some. I went with two Birria tacos and two Carne Asada. All four of them were very yummy. For dinner, I decided to go with the camarones ajillo with the white rice, pinto beans, and tostones. My meal was exceptionally good. My only one little complaint would be that I didn't have enough white rice to use all that beautiful sauce and eat all those beautiful beans. I probably could've asked for another cup of but I wasn't sure if they were gonna charge me not. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this restaurant.

Despite being in a busy strip mall, parking was a breeze with no difficulties. One of the standout features of this restaurant is the generous portions they serve. It's been several years since I last visited Sabor Latino, and I honestly can't understand why I had forgotten about this hidden gem. To my surprise, I discovered that the restaurant is larger than I remembered, accommodating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, they have a stage for live night entertainment and music. During my visit, I stopped in just for a comforting bowl of soup, which was wonderful, complemented by the friendly and attentive staff. I'm genuinely glad I rediscovered Sabor Latino after such a long hiatus. It's a place I look forward to returning to again soon.

Our server kindly gave us a rundown of popular items. We were attended to throughout our experience. Food: All of the presentation along with Indian fusion taste among the dishes were top notch. The experience was very positive and would recommend. Tuna bombs (5/5): The presentation was very unique. Each was filled with fresh fish along with a great seasoning. Korean BBQ ribs (5/5): This was by far my favorite dish that we ordered. The meat was fall off the bone. The sauce was forward, not to spicy. Note to management: if your guests order this dish, they should be provided with a wet towelette. The stickiness from the sauce was unpleasant after the meal. Butter chicken (dinner portion) (4/5): I enjoyed the taste but it was more tomato forward than my personal preference. The portion of the curry was plenty to share among two. Paratha (bread like roti or like a Chinese scallion pancake) (5/5): Baked fresh, it was so soft and delicious on its own. I thought having one to share was plenty.

I liked the overall pace of the service since nobody rushed me to order more once I finished eating. Service was also very slow, even when it wasn't busy. Everything took longer than expected and seemed disorganized. On top of that, the bartender was rude and unwelcoming. I was also charged for another person's drink without being asked or informed; which was unacceptable and felt careless. The staff seemed "blind" to how to properly run a restaurant. For the prices being charged, I expected much better food, service, and attention to detail. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.
