It ended up costing twice what they said it would, someone played with the crane in the back of his truck and broke a piece of the headache rack, they broke the spare tire holder, they took the face plate off the radio and didn't put it in the glove box. Called to let the manager know what all happened to the truck and he said they don't carry insurance to cover other people's vehicles and the argued that the radio face plate was in the glove box; which he called back and said it was put under the seat. The estimate was more than reasonable and we brought the car to him to repair later that week. The job was done in a timely fashion and we went ahead and asked him if he could do an oil change as well. He said give him an hour and the car was ready to be picked up.
