Within minutes he called me and pulled up photos of my house on Google Maps and was able to give me an estimate. I let him know that I also wanted gutter guards as well. He told me that he could get to it in about two weeks (which was WAY quicker than I had anticipated). A few days later he called and told me he could do it now. Mike and his assistant showed up right when he said he would and they immediately got to work. Withing a few hours I had beautiful new gutters on my home. Mike said that the gutter guards would arrive in a couple of days and they would come out and install them. Sure enough, while I was away, they came out and finished the job. The workers were also so rough that lighting plates shattered in my home. I was told the job was complete, only to find out my guttering had not been reinstalle. The company did not mention that, and only when I called them said it would take 1 week for them to get back out and reinstall those. Instead of admitting the mistake, the manager tried to mansplain and make it seem I was being a hysterical woman. Nope. I just wanted what I was paying for. Avoid RCV if you want honest service.
