Buyers and Sellers Beware…read more Never have I been a customer to a company who cared less about their clients than this one. I'll start by the false information they gave me about the house I was looking into. Found out after I gave them my earnest check and offer was accepted that the house was an old mobile home surprise. After asking repeatedly why I wasn't notified found out that the listing agent never even checked out the home herself. The disappointment's didn't stop there either after the real estate agent told me they wouldn't come down on the price given this new information or the massive water leak under the house I decided to back out. I came to find out later that the realtor never even checked with the bank to see if they would, I discovered this from my bank who called them to say that they were willing to negotiate but it was to late the loan was already cancelled and I wanted to move on from the bad taste this horrible company left me. Luckily the lord smiled upon me and I was able to find a much better house for a very reasonable price but alas my dealings with this horrendous company were not over. To my dismay I realized I needed my earnest check back from them, once I was finally able to convince my real estate agent that I wanted nothing to do with the house or her company she finally started working on getting my money back to me. She assured me that it would only take a week or two at the most to get my check back seeing as how my loan was declined for legitimate problems with the house. Almost one month later I have finally gotten my money back no thanks to my repeated attempts to call my realtor to no avail. Should you not heed my warning about this company and go forward with them at the very least don't use any of the home inspectors they recommend a quick Google search will reveal a host of sordid and inexperienced inspectors some with many old and pending lawsuits against them.

Then when you move out, mind speaking place was cleaned, gave 30 plus day notice, lease was up, owed no balance. I paid a full mo th rent and deposit when I moved in the middle of month, was told my next month's would be prorated which it wasn't. Never got an itemized bill or anything saying I owed them money once I was moved out. Just received something from a collection agency. This company is a joke. There were no damages except normal wear and tear, and the leak they refused to actually fit.​

Although my job was more a situation of a huge, heavy, limb in multiple pieces I decided to send Elite pictures of the huge limb to see if they would be interested. This job was cleanup of a large heavy limb with lots loose wood and debris, much of which located in a good sized drainage ditch. The main limb was several hundred pounds that had fallen on our property taking out the power line and pole transformer on the way down. Eric of Elite came out the next day and provided a reasonable esitmate, which surprised me, as I did not expect them to be interested since this job really wasn't their specialty. Eric and Dillon came out a week later to do the job, but during that week we had another severe storm which took down another heavy limb on another tree. Eric gave us a price for both cleanups which again was very reasonable considering both cleanup jobs were heavy cleanups on steep hills. Elite Junk Management, although not in the tree business, did a great job on both areas. They stuck by their estimate and did a great cleanup of the general area after clearing the limbs. I would hire Elite Junk Management again if the need comes, and I would recommend them to a friend.
