I called back with a follow-up question -- I'm about to visit my pregnant daughter and wanted guidance on what to do since I was sick. Dr. Randall himself got on the phone and walked me through it personally. I've been with the same primary care doctor for years, and when I have questions, I leave a message and wait for a callback from a nurse practitioner. I never get to speak with the doctor directly. Instead of just handing me a prescription for pain medication, Dr. Oglesby offered me a trial for a Spinal Cord Stimulator. I have used that for about 7 years now. I have been able to lower the use of pain medication, using that. Dr. Oglesby also prescribed an amazing Numbing gel, made by a Compound Pharmacy. I can apply it anywhere that I have pain. I am amazed at how well it works for me! I highly recommend Dr. Oglesby to anyone who is dealing with Chronic pain anywhere! In addition to Spine Surgery pain, and Rheumatoid Arthritis, I have severe pain in numerous areas of my body. This review only applies to Heather Scrimpshire and not to the wonderful nurses like Jaime Collins and the people who work in the lab department. I do not recommend this practice at this time.
