Salad bar a D (assemble your own house salad more like it--iceberg, black olives, cheddar shreds, bacon bits, croutons)--prime rib an A for flavor but not heated through (on prime rib special night), NY strip looked the exact same as prime rib? walleye fillets had a lot of tiny bones, crappy was fried beyond recognition as a fish fillet, smothered chicken was unremarkable but fries are the super crisp kind with a crackle on the outside and they brought extra tartar sauce--a standout side. When I was leaving I called this to the attention of an employee and got a bunch of attitude from her. She claimed not to have had time to do it. Yeah right. There was ONE walk in customer and a few going through the drive up. At least 4 employees were working. There were shoes prints all over the counter top and they were going to serve food on it. Their pizza and donuts are both delicious and I recommend both. The coffee is cheap, with a few different syrups available to self-serve, and hits the mark as far as drip coffee goes. Casey's is worth a stop whether you're driving through or just need a place to stop for a bit.
