I'm not seeing how this place gets reviews of 4 or 5 stars and I'll explain in a moment. I thought the batter was good for a corndog but my wife agreed with another reviewer who said it was 'basic in flavor'. My disappointment came from a number of a factors. I felt the hotdog was some generic skinny little thing rather than 'hand cranked artisan sausages' that's advertised on their website. The classic, which is what I had, is supposed to come with 'handcrafted ketchup' according to the website. All they had was Heinz? Is this their idea of handcrafted? There is no way this should be $4.50. Are you kidding? My wife got the cheese brat but it was the same hotdog I had with cheese in it. $5.50. A dollar extra for cheese? The website shows a number of sides including pickle chips. They had one side that day. What gives? I feel someone did a great job writing the website and the foodtruck itself doesn't deliver those promises. It's quite misleading, in my opinion. read more

Sadly, rather than being brought back to yummy fair food, I was reminded of elementary school lunches with my soggy corn dog. It was as if it were microwaved. This was a very solid food truck. Unfortunately, they advertised gluten free corn dogs, but didn't bring their gluten free batter the day we came. I got the jalapeño chicken corn dog and it was amazing. There was a berry glaze to dip it in and it added amazing flavor. The fries were solid, super salty which obviously can be tasty. We also had an order of their fried Brussel sprouts. I'm not usually a fan but these changed my mind. CORN DOGGIES IS A PARTY ON WHEELS. I found out about this sweet spot at the CSU's 2016 Ram Bash featuring the Head and the Heart. The food truck caught the attention of me and my date with their strobe light party inside the cart. When we approached we were stocked about the cheap options and the good old fashioned hand battered corndog. The cashiers were so friendly and funny as well. We really loved the truck's theme and logo- they serve corndoggy condoms with your meal haha. My date and I ended up by CornDoggies baseball caps that we still rep to this day. Sought out this truck to celebrate national corndog day and it is amazing. Since it was close to St Patrick's Day they even had a special corned beef corn dog. Order it and it was amazing. Kudos to them for their ingenuity and creativity. 4 of us had dinner there. Rave reviews from all members. The original corn dogs are all you'd expect and is served with individual packets of mustard. Can get more but one was sufficient. Wife and I ordered the chicken brat. Nice combination of savory against the mildly sweet cornbread coating, highly recommended. They also have a couple of vegetarian options but we did not try them, check their menu but as noted they will offer specials frequently. Sides are ordered separately and there is a small menu for them. We ordered one fry and and fried Brussels. Seasoning on the Brussel sprouts was Devine and the fries are crisp and well made. The Kimchi seasoning is to die for. Brings a tangy party to the fries. If you have the chance visit theses guys, their customer service is outstanding, they are gracious and welcoming, and the food is a combination of comfort through creativity. My boyfriend was excited because they were the only place at New West Fest serving foot long corn dogs. He said the all beef hot dog was really good. Corn doggies is terrific!! Corndoggies was at the Bacon Elementary fall festival this year and I'm so glad they were! I am allergic to pork and am gluten intolerant. They had me covered. I tried their chicken cheddar brat corn dog in the gluten free batter. It was outstanding! My boys went more traditional getting the classic all beef corn dogs. My oldest enjoyed it so much he said he wished he had gotten a footlong. We also got a couple of orders of beet fries. Different, but very delicious, the beet fries were especially tasty in the dipping sauce. Delicious and reliable, I'll be looking for Corndoggies at other events around town in the future. read more
