After a short wait, the huge tray was set down in front of us and we dug in. The smoked wings are some of the best wings I've had in Fort Collins! Tender, crispy and piping hot! The brisket was a little tougher than I had hoped, but still full of flavor. The pulled pork stole the show, however - juicy and falling apart on the plate with just the right amount of sizzling fat, drizzled with a sweet and slightly tangy barbecue sauce. Originally we had thought that we'd have leftovers to reheat at home but, as you can see, that didn't happen. We demolished the plates and ripped through the perfectly prepared potato salad and maple-sweet baked beans, then debated getting dessert.
