Prices are fair for the quality of tree we bought. They gave the tree a fresh cut, and tied it onto the car for us. They also installed a level permanent wooden base at the bottom which made it super easy to stand inside the house. We also bought the Keeps-IT-Green liquid nutrients to lengthen life of the tree. They not only have metal signs and yard sculptures, but also carry Mexican pottery, stone, soil, and a variety of plants. We picked out some perennials for a pot & a beautiful vine plant. We needed to run by Lowe's for something else and I saw the same plant there --it was the same price but did not look near as good as the one at Madison Gardens. The lay out is a little awkward to me, though. I had to ask several (5)HD employees where to find a few items. The reason I had to ask "several" is because none of them knew where to find anything. I was sent to the wrong place 4 times! Only one of them sent me to the right place. Also, I had to ask 3 of the employees to wear there mask correctly (over their nose) so they could help me. What should have taken me 10 minutes to pick up the few items I needed; took me 1 hour! I don't think I will be returning to this location due to the employees had no idea where anything was located. The thanks I got for patronizing this business was being accused of causing damages to the truck, basically interrogated about why I needed it so much and how come I hadn't finished the job already!!! Seriously!?! I'll spend my money where the company appreciates my business. I explained to the "worker" that I didn't cause the damage and I have proof. ANYTIME I rent ANYTHING I do a full video walkthrough cause I'm from the school of C.Y.A. I showed him the video the second time I came to pick up because obviously they didn't do the duties required for vehicle check in before my first rental since I was accused of the damage. If they'd simply done their job the damage was large enough for anyone with two eyes to see from across the parking lot. So obviously the person who checked in the box truck didn't document the damage. Still now days later, renting another vehicle for the 4th time over a ten day period I'm being harassed about damages I didn't cause and asked why I keep needing the rentals! ALWAYS document everything when you rent stuff from anywhere. Trust me, I'm almost certain they'll be calling my insurance and I'm glad I have documented proof of video with time stamps proving I couldn't have caused the damage. DO YOUR JOB HOME DEPOT WORKERS!
