Again, Helen is a real help there, super friendly as well, and the rest of the staff is great too. Parking lot is a disaster some days, lines aren't clearly painted and people generally can't drive well in the USA. Best there is in the SOMA area, which is kind of sad, but then again most homes have washer dryers here too.

I said - it's not too late, we would be out well before close at midnight and that we were going to do a wash. She started coming over and slamming the washer doors around us, trying to intimidate us. For much of the time our wash load was in. When I asked her name, she went silent. She clearly isn't going a very good job of cleaning. I'm contesting the charges on my card and reporting this place to the state attorney general. You can't treat people this way or have dangerous washers with mold. This is the last thing I needed on a rough road trip for medical needs.

The equipment has stayed the same throughout the years and it appears upkeep isn't top priority. A lot of the dryers have the black lining on the glass of the door falling off which in turn lets the heat out. I've seen people stuff dryer sheets into the places where the lining is missing but that doesn't help keep the heat. The customer is losing money since the machines aren't efficient. The washing machines themselves are dirty- the location to place your soaps and softeners is all clogged up with residue - those need a good cleaning and staff/owner can do that but they don't. It's rare you will find a staff member that is non Spanish speaking so communication when something is wrong is nonexistent. The area itself is going through a change and honestly I don't feel that safe going to this location like I used to. After a long time of coming here - I had to end it. I hope they renovate and or address maintenance issues.

The staff takes up the entirety of the space and doesn't allow for regular customers to wash. At this point it might as well exclusively cater to the customers who are having their laundry washed. The layout has also changed drastically making it impossible to maneuver around. There are folding tables not even 5 feet away from the dryers making the space so limited it's impossible to take your clothes out the washer without bumping into the person behind you. I've never said sorry more in my life. You also can't use the benches anymore as they have been used to pile on laundry bags by the staff. Super disappointed with the state of this place and how things are going.

The last time I was…read morethere, the young girl with black hair caught an attitude with me because she was calling me to take my receipt and I obviously couldn't hear her. She had handed me a receipt for my payment and without thinking I was headed to the door because of all I had to do that day. She yells, "Hellllooooooo, are you going to take your receipt?" With an eye & neck roll. I walked over to her, took my receipt and said, "you gave me a receipt, I forgot about this one & couldn't hear you, okay?" I wear a bright yellow pin the says "I am hearing impaired" she had a strong accent so maybe she couldn't read English. I come back take my clothes and she and another woman were sitting and acting surprisingly nice to me. I went along with it & didn't care or think much of it. When I got home, I realized a few of my clothes & my daughter's clothes were missing. I'm a single mom with a disability and I have a daughter with autism, the fact that my clothes were stolen is absolutely ridiculous. It then ofc made sense why they were being so nice to me. I thought about heading back for them, but all I'll be faced with is denial. I have no choice but take the time to replace them anyway because how sanitary would that even be? Forgot the lack of sanitation on their end. I'm almost positive I'm not the only one whose experienced this. The site is local so I'm sure people only go here for the convenience.
