It's a good, neighborhood laundromat. At least half of the machines (washers are new) and the dryers are all new. They were placed in maybe a little over 14 months ago. There's space to sit with ample seating. The television is occasionally tuned to something worth watching but usually they play sitcoms or day time television - really depends on the day of the week. There is a vending machine and three stores nearby that all have coffee available for purchase. They have soap and other laundry needs available for purchase in house. The wash and fold business is plenty busy by the appearance of things. I like that the dryers are fast and dry relatively well. The price is the price and it seems to be on par with the rising cost of everything else in this economy. However, laundry needs for consumers are inelastic and thus that makes the prices mostly elastic to where you will spend because you need clean clothes. I say this with the most neutral point of view. I come in every week or every other week, wash my stuff and leave. The staff doesn't bother you. The location is clean and safe enough considering where the business is located and they try to be a positive fixture in the neighborhood. I can't ask for more than that. read more

In this laundry you can't even fold clothes because of the extreme heat. This place seems like hell.

Best laundromat in the south ward. All the workers are nice and helpful. I've left my wallet, my sons sneakers and etc there and have gotten it back. Sole of the machines don't work for time to time but it's always an attendant around to help. They offer free soap some days during the week. Also they delivery not sure about the pricing for that. This 1 star is for the older lady & the gentlemen that work here but the big light skin lady with the wigs brings down the rating of this laundromat significantly . She is nasty , rude & ghetto . She doesn't know how to talk to the customers in a respectable friendly manner . Today when we asked her to do her job she started to say I'm tired of these customers . She clearly does not like her job . I spoke to the owner months ago about this lady's attitude but they still kept her there to disrespect & inconvenience certain customers so this is on the owner especially since half of their equipment is non-functioning which caused us to ask her disrespectful employee for help in the first place . read more

It was great I enjoyed I got to wash all my clothes

I am handicapped and doing my own laundry, going up and down steps carrying laundry has become really difficult for me. I decided to use a pick up laundry service and one that was family owned and operated by locals. After much perusing the internet I decided on WaterWorks. I have not been disappointed. They pick up and deliver when I schedule. They do a much better job than I have ever done washing and they follow my instructions. They know who I am. They also fold the fitted sheets properly, a skill I have never managed to accomplish. I highly recommend them. I think you will be very happy with their services. read more

This place is relatively clean and the machines are cheap. However, you will be drying your clothes forever. I put two towels and some socks (my whites) in a dryer and after half hour of drying they were still wet. All of my other loads had items in them that were still wet after 20-40 minutes of drying. After adding more time to some loads and them still coming out damp, I gave up. Also, the day I went in, a lot of the dryers were down. There was a repair man there, however. There is also no lot and on the street parking was full. We had to double park and bring clothes in, then move the car. read more

The only reason this establishment has received 4stars is because sometimes the driver is not there(they only have one) . However, they have lots of free services and specials that makes this place better than the laundry mats in the area. The staff are friendly and very helpful . They also cater to the children with free popcorn and books . They have three tv's, detergent specials and free pickup and delivery . What more can you as for ?! read more

I gave them 4 stars due to the service and they keep it clean something uncommon in this area. They have wash dry fold service which I like since I am too lazy to wash my clothes half of the time. They also provide pick up and delivery service. For $5 they will give you a ride to and from the laundromat. They have doughnuts and coffee on Sunday mornings. Probably one of the best laundromats in the area. read more
