It got on an employee, an older couple ordering food, my BRAND NEW shoes, my sweatshirt, pants & white socks and stained them all. Not once did any of the 5 employees offer to help or apologize, except one. He says "What kind of smoothies were they" I proceeded to say that I will pass, as I didn't want to wait another 20 minutes for someone to make them for them to spill again. Inside, the store is large, inviting, and easy to navigate, with great signage, strong end caps, and an impressive selection of beer, wine, and spirits. They also carry premium cigars and other extras that make this a true one-stop shop. The wine selection deserves a mention too, especially the high-end cellar and tasting area. Bourbon was my main mission, and I was not disappointed. I was stopped by multiple associates asking if I needed help, which says a lot about the level of customer service here. One gentleman, and I wish I had caught his name, spent time walking me through local distillers, explaining their distillate, and guiding me through a very extensive lineup of private barrel picks. The fact that they had open bottles available so you could taste the store picks before buying was a huge plus. Pricing felt fair across the board, and there was even a discount when purchasing two or more store picks, which I really appreciated. This is a great stop for serious bourbon hunters as well as anyone just looking to make a casual alcohol purchase. This time I noticed they had a sign up by all of the "store picks" and the sign said buy two get 20% off. So I bought two bottles ($99.99 each) , when I asked the check out clerk if I got 20% off my bottles he said "yes, 10% off each bottle, 20% total". I tried to explain math to him but he wasn't getting it. Either they mislead on purpose, or they employ people that aren't competent. Either way, I'm done shopping here.

They rarely have any decent specials or coupons anymore and their 'sales' are a joke. They purport to be 'employee owned' but I have yet to meet any employees who have a stake in this bully corporation. I bought some 'fresh ground' beef that smelled awful, it was nice and pink on the outside, thanks to sealed gas packing, but the inside was dark brown and going bad. I bought some 'bakery fresh' buns that were anything but fresh. Unfortunately, there really is no longer anyplace else to go.
