Steve took over for the sales and I even ended up getting a frig, too. Both pieces got delivered the very next day! The lady at the front greeted me with a smile and a congratulations and rang the registry desk for Tayler. Tayler WAS AMAZING. He was very patient, knowledgeable, attentive, and funny the entire time we were there. Any first time brides please go here and ask for him! He took his time and was not pushy or 'scan happy'. He walked the entire store with my mom and I informing of us what brands are what and what are some must have's. He called for help in certain departments if we had specific questions and made sure I got everything I needed and didn't know I needed. My mom who I consider pretty 'home shopping' savvy was very impressed and we enjoyed our time. I wish I would have registered here first as it would have made that part of the planning process way easier. I will for sure be back for my follow up meeting!

This time, we chose to have them professionally installed through Central Illinois Countertop, and unfortunately the quality has been very disappointing. The seam is already buckling in an area with very little water or heat exposure. We're now empty nesters, so the wear and tear is minimal compared to before. When we reached out, we were told this is just "normal wear," which doesn't align with our previous experience at all. It's hard to justify this level of quality, and based on this experience, I can't recommend it.
