I tore out the existing floor to save myself a little money. Joe layed the heated floor for me with a ceramic tile floor over that. Once he started the job, he stuck with it because as I pointed out to him, that was my only bathroom, and the facilities are a necessity. He also installed an outside plug for me. The one thing I would have preferred is that I would have liked to have been home while all the work was being done, I did not like having to communicate over the phone. But work schedules did not permit. He was, however, very good about letting me know when he was coming and going so I could plan accordingly. And by the way, my bathroom floor looks very nice.

Cabinet hinges not put back on properly. A lot of paint spots on the floor that we have had to clean up. Although Joe did offer to come back and fix the work that I wasn't satisfied with I can't trust someone who was that comfortable leaving a job that was done in such a rushed manner.

The lady at the front greeted me with a smile and a congratulations and rang the registry desk for Tayler. Tayler WAS AMAZING. He was very patient, knowledgeable, attentive, and funny the entire time we were there. Any first time brides please go here and ask for him! He took his time and was not pushy or 'scan happy'. He walked the entire store with my mom and I informing of us what brands are what and what are some must have's. He called for help in certain departments if we had specific questions and made sure I got everything I needed and didn't know I needed. My mom who I consider pretty 'home shopping' savvy was very impressed and we enjoyed our time. I wish I would have registered here first as it would have made that part of the planning process way easier. I will for sure be back for my follow up meeting!
