I tore out the existing floor to save myself a little money. Joe layed the heated floor for me with a ceramic tile floor over that. Once he started the job, he stuck with it because as I pointed out to him, that was my only bathroom, and the facilities are a necessity. He also installed an outside plug for me. The one thing I would have preferred is that I would have liked to have been home while all the work was being done, I did not like having to communicate over the phone. But work schedules did not permit. He was, however, very good about letting me know when he was coming and going so I could plan accordingly. And by the way, my bathroom floor looks very nice.

To put it…read moresimply, they did a decent job on the bulk of the work but when it comes to detail they're terrible. Lots of missed spots on my cabinets, and trim. Cabinet hinges not put back on properly. A lot of paint spots on the floor that we have had to clean up. Although Joe did offer to come back and fix the work that I wasn't satisfied with I can't trust someone who was that comfortable leaving a job that was done in such a rushed manner.

I went to BB&B with my mom to finish up registering for my upcoming wedding. As someone who wants to be told which brands are good, why to buy which brands, etc. I wanted my mom to be there to help. I was pleasantly surprised by the help I received upon walking in the door on a Sunday (which can be busy!) The lady at the front greeted me with a smile and a congratulations and rang the registry desk for Tayler. Tayler WAS AMAZING. He was very patient, knowledgeable, attentive, and funny the entire time we were there. Any first time brides please go here and ask for him! He took his time and was not pushy or 'scan happy'. He walked the entire store with my mom and I informing of us what brands are what and what are some must have's. He called for help in certain departments if we had specific questions and made sure I got everything I needed and didn't know I needed. My mom who I consider pretty 'home shopping' savvy was very impressed and we enjoyed our time. I wish I would have registered here first as it would have made that part of the planning process way easier. I will for sure be back for my follow up meeting!

The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and receptive to our wishes. We did not encounter any high-pressure sales calls or promises. The staff worked with us to find a great flooring option to go with the wall panels we chose and a bathtub/shower/fixture combination that was tailored to what we wanted. The workers showed great concern for the furniture and walls of the adjoining rooms by covering exposed areas with heavy plastic and carpet with a drop cloth as they moved items in and out of the bathroom.
