It was rod holes and a crack in the walls that was letting some moisture in. I had to convince him to quote me a larger job, which he did do (just to be safe) and he was still the cheapest quote from the bunch. I chose him not because of the price (although he was the cheapest) but because he was the most knowledgeable and was not trying to sell me up. To the contrary he was talking me out of the job. It took longer then expected but I'm not upset about that since they seemed to have done a thorough job and were very attentive when I pointed out areas I wanted addressed. We moved to Livonia in the last year and the house we moved into was going to need a new roof…read more However, we didn't need to call several roofing contractors and ask for quotes because we had the roof replaced on the house we had in Brownstown by Gregory's Roofing three years ago, and we were more than satisfied with their workmanship. Fortunately, the drive from Riverview to Livonia wasn't a deal breaker because Gregory accepts jobs in the Livonia area. Like our previous roof replacement, the Gregory's crew was on time, professional, and did quality work. We had an electrician coming out two days later to install bathroom exhaust fans and the Gregory's crew was nice enough to cut the exhaust holes in the roof and install the exhaust roof vents at no additional cost!
