Fortunately, the drive from Riverview to Livonia wasn't a deal breaker because Gregory accepts jobs in the Livonia area. Like our previous roof replacement, the Gregory's crew was on time, professional, and did quality work. We had an electrician coming out two days later to install bathroom exhaust fans and the Gregory's crew was nice enough to cut the exhaust holes in the roof and install the exhaust roof vents at no additional cost! It was rod holes and a crack in the walls that was letting some moisture in. I chose him not because of the price (although he was the cheapest) but because he was the most knowledgeable and was not trying to sell me up. To the contrary he was talking me out of the job.
