I've been seeing Dr. Joe for I don't even know how many years at this point.... But all I can say is, no matter how far I live I REFUSE to change chiropractors. I came to Dr. Joe with the mindset that this was my last stop before I would need to get surgery, because I could barely walk or even put socks on myself without someone's help. Being in my young 20's, this was clearly not the route I wanted to take (surgery). After in depth conversations with Dr. Joe, he felt confident that in time I could be back to my normal routine (I am extremely active and love to workout/hike/ etc.) with the right program. So we got to work. And work it was, but well worth it. To this day I will always say that if it wasn't for him, I would not be working out the way I am at 36 weeks pregnant or able to do a lot of the things I love to do. I'm able to stay active, keep my back strong, and it's all because of the hard work him and his staff put in with me (and the stretches and things to do on my own at home). Cornerstone Chiropractic is fantastic. I have been seeing Dr. Joe for years and he always knows what to do to help alleviate any pain or discomfort I may have. It's funny because even after knowing him for all these years, he never ceases to amaze me with his knowledge and extraordinary capabilities. Most recently, I started to notice weakness in my left side. I couldn't left anything with my left arm. I first noticed it when I tried to lift my three pound laptop with only my left hand. No matter how hard I tried the laptop would not budge. I knew something was wrong, so I made an appointment with a neurologist. The neurologist confirmed that I had weakness in my left side and was concerned. He ordered a bunch of tests, some very painful, to rule out some of the more scary possibilities. After the MRIs and visits to his office...he discovered...it was...NOTHING. Nothing. He said the tests said I was fine! (besides a minor pinched nerve in my elbow) Basically, he said I could go home happy with the knowledge that I was 100% healthy. One problem. I STILL COULDN'T LIFT THINGS WITH MY LEFT SIDE. That is where the always brilliant Dr. Joe comes in. I went to visit him and told him about my problem. He asked a few questions, checked my strength, and then did a quick adjustment of my neck. This is where the miracle comes in. Immediately after receiving my adjustment I was able to lift things with my left side. I couldn't remember the last time I was able to do that. As soon as I got home, I passed the ultimate test: I was able to lift my laptop over my head. For the first time in my life, the left side of my body felt STRONGER than the right side. I am continuing to see Dr. Joe for this issue and am feeling better every day. You don't have to live with pain, discomfort, or the inability to do simple tasks like lifting objects with your left hand. If you are having any kind of pain or just want to prevent any future spine issues, go see Dr. Joe or Dr. Briana. I HIGHLY recommend them both. I've been going to Dr. Joe for years now. He is truly the best. He moved into his new office in Riverdale, NJ a couple years ago and I've always been willing to drive the 40 minutes for my adjustments just because I refuse to see anyone else. I've gone to other chiropractors in the past and sometimes they hurt really bad. Whenever I have back pain of any sort he immediately finds it without me having to tell him where it hurts and he understands the source. I leave feeling pain free and over time it lasts. I've brought many people here and they are all patients now. He's just so good with what he does and he cares for each of his patients and truly wants to help them feel better, get better, and stay better. read more

They are physical, athletic guys who have an in depth knowledge of sports related injuries and how best to treat them. Their unique combination of chiropractic care, massage therapy and physical therapy produces amazing pain relief and overall health benefits. Cathy the physical therapist is also the finest I have ever been to, kind of a love hate relationship with her stretching. This is a one stop place for great chiropractors, massage therapists, laser treatments,physical therapy, and more. I see Dr Rosania and he has helped me tremendously. Everyone there are super friendly and very helpful with any insurance issues. Doctors will try and fit you in for any emergency treatments. Also are opened on Saturday. read more

Dr. Joe Young is outstanding, there aren't enough words in the English language to express how wonderful this man is. He saved my life. I started seeing him after 3years of debilitating neck pain that led to having 3 vertebrae removed from my neck and replaced with cadaver vertebrae and a great deal of hardware holding it together. The pain I was living with was unimaginable. My husband dragged me from Dr. to Dr. to try to help me, but everyone treated me as a psychotic drug seeker and couldn't get me out of their offices fast enough. I was down to 100 lbs, I couldn't eat, sleep, or move my head. I literally spent 2 years in bed and wanted to die because of the unbearable pain. Finally someone recommended Dr. Joe, I made an appointment, and all I can say from then on he was my savior. He was so compassionate, could tell me exactly why I was in pain and what we needed to do to alleviate it. It has been a long process but after 2 years since I first walked into his office the quality of my life has been gradually improving. He spent so much time with me as he does with all of his patients. I never mind having to wait to see him because I enjoy listening to him interacting with his other patients with the same gentle, knowledgeable, respectful, incredible bedside manner that he gives to me and I would never take that away from someone else who is suffering. As a nurse for 20 years I can truly say I have never encountered another practitioner like him. When I started treatment with him I felt hopeless, and that my life was over.
