My oldest daughter actually graduated from this school, which is why I fought so hard to keep the other two enrolled. After spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on this school, I would have expected a much higher level of care, compassion, and support from leadership at the time. I'm sorry but I just don't understand the incompetence in the public school system. They actually sent him home for pick eye and/or bacterial conjunctivitis just like last year. Do these people not see the tree pollen is high? And a nurse sent him home, I have been working in the hospital since 2007. and know a thousand nurses, none so incompetent that they can't get a wet washcloth and wipe a kids nose and eyes. It is a University Model school which offers classes on T/Th for K - 6th grade and M/W/F for 7th - 12th. The students do homework assignments prepared by their teachers on their "home" days. Parents facilitate at home much like they would with homework from a traditional school. It is great to get all their work done early afternoon and have the evenings for activities and family. Logos offers competitive programs in most sports (football, cheer, soccer, tennis, swim, baseball, volleyball, basketball, golf and track)

My youngest has had Ms. Gabby and Ms. Destinee - both wonderful teachers who genuinely love children. You can see the warmth radiate out of them. Their high energy paired with their patience and ability to teach young kids amaze me daily. My oldest recently came out of Ms. Peace (who is incredible!!) and is now in Ms. Lavanya's class, the care that both teachers provide my son have been immeasurable. Not only do they provide a safe space for all the kids, they take the time out to learn about each student. All while providing follows up to how my son is doing and informing me of his advancements. Their curriculum is play and project based, inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach. They have Spanish class, as well as optional gymnastics and soccer classes. They are very safe and cautious in terms of COVID pandemic rules -- and when the case load gets better for a prolonged time, then they reassess. One of the things my family has most appreciated is their COVID policy. All teachers wear masks, and all kids above a certain age (3ish) wear masks as well -- aside from when eating & optionally when playing outside. They have chickens outside, a flower and vegetable garden, and rabbits and 2 aquariums inside. Right now, some of the classes are raising caterpillars into moths and butterflies, and they have just harvested some of the chicken eggs and will get to incubate them and watch them hatch! Such great experiences for kids of all ages to have. They provide gourmet lunches made in-house from fresh ingredients, many of which are organic. On Friday afternoons, you can also buy some of their house-made goodies -- they have an assortment of baked goods, desserts, soups, and savory/main dishes. If you are late on Fridays, they may sell out of certain items.

Time and again, I found them short, dismissive, and visibly annoyed when approached with questions or concerns. This is not the environment you want for young children, who need patience, kindness, and encouragement. Instead, the tone here feels cold and transactional--as though the children are simply numbers to be managed. I personally had a terrible experience, and after seeing similar stories from other parents, it's clear there's a troubling pattern. A preschool should be a safe, supportive space for both children and families. Sadly, School for Little Children fails on that most basic promise. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. There are far better programs in Sugar Land where your child will be welcomed with warmth, respect, and professionalism--qualities this place is sorely lacking.
