The ladies that come to clean do everything, from cleaning the bathrooms and toilets to vacuuming all floors. But they don't clean with attention to detail, which is strange because I see another reviewer wrote that the ladies folded the toilet rolls nicely for them whereas for us, they left it in the uneven rip the toilet paper roll was last left in. Whatever, because I could care less about that. The very first time they came to clean, they didn't wipe all the bathroom items down all the way, so it took for us to request for them to wipe those down more thoroughly for that to happen. Also, as I mentioned above, counter top surfaces aren't wiped down meticulously. I noticed the area where we usually eat on the kitchen counter top still had tiny food crumbs/spills, which were easily wiped away when I went over that area and wiped it down. I expect thoroughness over speed. We switched cleaning ladies and companies, and the previous ladies made sure to clean and wipe down all surfaces spotlessly, so maybe that's why I am being so particular. I don't think I'm asking for too much though, so I'm on the hunt for a better cleaning company.

Do not waste your time or money with this cleaning service. Where do I start?.... The two girls…read morethey sent out were late. No call, nothing. They claimed that they tried calling but they said my number did not work (I did not let it bother me, although I confirmed that they had the right number, I was just happy that they were there). I have a small home that is pretty tidy. I hired them because I wanted a deep clean of the whole house. They estimated that a deep clean for a house of my size would take 2.5 hrs. for two people to clean. Okay, great. Upon my return 2.5 hrs later, only the upper level of my house had been completed. They flew through the main level in 30 minutes. My guess was that the top floor that they cleaned for 2.5 hrs would be perfect (heck, it took 2 people 2.5 hrs to clean 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom). Nope, I was wrong! The bedrooms had been brushed over, nothing was dusted and they only vaccummed one of two bedrooms. At $75 per hour, I expect a cleaned home. Not a half done job. Oh, did I mention that they did not even clean my second bathroom?! And... here's the kicker... they dumped their trash bag from the cleaning on my front lawn on their way out (right in my flower bed!) To pay $225 to clean a small house. I should not have to clean my own bathroom and pick up trash off my front yard. Do not be fooled by their impressive claims when you book an appointment with them. They sold me on their claim to be top in attention to detail. Even when I spoke with the manager afterwards, she wanted me to PAY for a two week follow up cleaning for them to "prove themselves" to me and that the two girls were not their finest cleaners. Not a fat chance. I have used cleaning services before and I was not impressed by Thai Cleaning at all. Take your business and money elsewhere.

I later learned that there was misunderstanding between myself and the sales associate I spoke to; because when the cleaning guy showed up to my condo he was only there to clean my carpet (which I don't have). After many phone calls back and forth between myself and the sales associate, the cleaning guy came back with the correct equipment to clean my condo. The machine that he used to clean my floors left a white residue which I had to reclean. He was also supposed to clean my kitchen, but I ended up doing it myself while he was outside smoking a cigarette. He attempted to clean my bathrooms, but did a very poor job. All of this work cost me $305. I ended up calling the sales associate back and complained about the poor job that was done. He really didn't seem interested in hearing about my issue and only wanted to focus on the misunderstanding about what kind of work I needed done. At one point he told me that I should be grateful that they did the cleaning at such a low cost. I then asked him if I could speak to a manager and he told me he was the manager and continued on. During the end of our conversation he mentioned his supervisor...no wonder we were having a communication problem; this guy doesn't understand that when I asked to speak to the manager, I am referring to his boss! He called me back a few minutes later and told me that they would be crediting my bill 10% (it has been over three weeks now and I still have not received this credit).
