Tried to tell me the stove was old whwhen it was purchased less than a year ago. I sprayed it, wiped it down and it was clean. I was told the baseboards and caninets would be wiped down before booking. Upon inspection they weren't touched. I was then told they only dust those areas. Doesn't even make sense. The floors were't mopped. The windows wasn't cleaned. While I was pointing this out ahe found it funnt and asked why I'm mad. On top of paying them I had to go buy products and do the cleaning myself. I steingly suggest not hiring these scammers.

The ladies that come to clean do everything, from cleaning the bathrooms and toilets to vacuuming all floors. But they don't clean with attention to detail, which is strange because I see another reviewer wrote that the ladies folded the toilet rolls nicely for them whereas for us, they left it in the uneven rip the toilet paper roll was last left in. Whatever, because I could care less about that. The very first time they came to clean, they didn't wipe all the bathroom items down all the way, so it took for us to request for them to wipe those down more thoroughly for that to happen. Also, as I mentioned above, counter top surfaces aren't wiped down meticulously. I noticed the area where we usually eat on the kitchen counter top still had tiny food crumbs/spills, which were easily wiped away when I went over that area and wiped it down. I expect thoroughness over speed. We switched cleaning ladies and companies, and the previous ladies made sure to clean and wipe down all surfaces spotlessly, so maybe that's why I am being so particular. I don't think I'm asking for too much though, so I'm on the hunt for a better cleaning company.

The job was mediocre at best. I gave a priority list of things I wanted accomplished and was told…read morethat the list was complete (I was not there when the job was done but the house was completely empty in preparation for renters). It appeared as though all that was done was the bathroom I asked to be cleaned (and even still, that was mediocre) and vacuuming. Not at all what I would expect for a home turnover for renters. I stupidly sent my check before really inspecting the job and of course didn't hear back when I emailed the owner with my concerns. Lesson learned on my part..make sure you're present, thoroughly inspect the job before paying, and never use this company again!
