This place is unethical and they take advantage of college students. They had my son sign up for an annual membership ($100/month) which is charged on top of insurance. I have been going to a chiropractor for 30 years and never heard of annual service contracts. They were also double billing insurance for extra services I never even heard of. His one time visits increased from $50 to $120 for 2 different types of manipulations and an additional physical therapy. Office staff pushed me over to billing manager. Trying to reach a person in billing was nearly impossible. Once I finally reached the billing manager she said they were going to refund back what I paid in excess of insurance. Multiple calls. So I had never been to a chiropractor before, so I was excited by all the good things I had heard. The diagnostics they use and the staff are all fantastic. But in what world do you NOT touch the patient but tell them they need to give you over $2000. I have great insurance. All other chiropractors I have called and the one I saw today have said I would just need to pay my co-pay because how do they know what to bill if I haven't been treated. I might add that this place does not do physical adjustments by hand. Which is funny because chiro means "by hand" in latin. They make you attend an orientation that feels like a pitch for an MLM/pyramid scheme or cult before they adjust you. You cannot pay as you go. Dont drink their kool-aid read more

This is my seventh year with Dr. Rusty and his staff. Obviously, I believe the relationship to be beneficial. My issues of lower back pain, sinus problems, neck pain and stiffness, and overall feeling of well being are all greatly improved. Cornerstone Chiropractic is by far the best chiropractic practice in the area. The staff are professional, friendly and hard working. The place runs like a top. I have never waited more than 15 minutes and usually the wait time is 5-10 minutes. Keep in mind they are growing rapidly and the building is small so it can get tight sometimes during rush hour. As I have gotten to know the staff and Dr. Rusty, I can say 100% that they have your best interest in mind. They listen to what you have to say as a patient. You will not be sorry you came here. I started Cornerstone after a car accident which affected my lower spine. I was in pain, stiff and sore especially getting up in the morning, I've been going to Cornerstone for about a year and overall I feel so much better. My pain, stiffness and soreness were all better within the first few appointments. The appointments are extremely fast. I have never had to wait over 20 mins and the cost is reasonable. I tell everybody that me and my spine are now as loose as a goose. Even my sinuses are better. I believe my immune system is stronger too because I have not been sick at all since starting here. To keep it short, if you just tweaked your back and want a quick realignment to help with your pain DON'T go here. They will just try and rope you into a continual cycle of ongoing appointments and you will leave after your first visit without being treated at all. When you go to see an orthopedic surgeon with an injured arm they don't send you home after X-rays and make you come back the next day to set a break and put you in a cast. No, they reset your arm right then, put you in a cast, give you a sling, and send you home knowing that you've been treated. I would expect the same from any healthcare professional, however I left the office without any form of treatment and not feeling any better in the least. read more

The doctors & staff at this office are great at explaining the purpose of chiropractic care. I went in looking for a quick fix, thinking that chiropractic was just for pain but it can be utilized for all types of health issues (allergies, digestion, energy etc.). The things they were saying were proven to me as I talked to other patients in the office. It was a very charming and inviting atmosphere that was family and kid friendly. After going for a while, I definitely see the value here. Although it can be used as a quick fix, this type of care really deserves way more respect and consideration than that. Just about every area of my health has improved! My energy is up, my blood pressure is down, my pain is gone, and I'm just thrilled with the changes thus far. And to think I only came in for low back pain and headaches! If I were you, I'd definitely give this place a try. If you're interested in improving your overall health, you won't regret it. read more
