Several years ago, would have given 4-5 stars. However, now, I wouldn't even give one star. This is the 2nd time in a town that I have gone and specifically requested, multiple times, a deep tissue massage of the neck/shoulders/upper back. Lots of nodding by the staff and "Yes, yes..." Only to receive a full body gentle rub down with little technique involved. My requests must have been lost in translation with the obvious language barrier. I've never seen such unprofessionalism in my life as I jut witnessed! I got a 90 minute massage and left a tip, as I always do. However, apparently my tip wasn't enough because right there in front of about 4-5 other clients/customers, the lady who gave me a massage questioned me about the amount of my tip because I didn't leave enough. I changed my tip amount, but what I should have done, like my husband told me, is to make the tip ZERO. I realize my body is hard to work on, because I have so many issues with my back and neck, but a tip is a courtesy and is not MANDATORY! I WILL NOT RETURN! RUDE does not even begin to describe it! Like many people who worked extra right before the vacation, my body was ready for a massage. I was not familiar with the area, they were very flexible with my late arrival. It is easy to book and price is very reasonable. For massage: Clean, neat, and spacious. The massage routine was very uniformly similiar( I went once by myself and once with my husband). Systematically from shoulders to feet and then back to the head. It covered the entire body. I added extra time for my aching feet and they were very accommodating. Cons: The language barrier definitely plays a part in the comfort you feel, but the barrier is easily navigated by the attention and responsiveness of the professionals caring for you. The Chinese therapists were knowledgeable and well trained. However they were not very comfortable in expressing themselves. Once I started conversing in Chinese, they immediately warmed up. Be proactive about what you want in your massage and how deep of massage you like. They only offered one type of massage oil and sometimes forgot to inform you their sequences in therapy, i.e. very hot stones in the end of back therapy and buttocks. Overall it was the extact massage therapy that we wanted--simple, quick, the entire body massage with a fair price. read more

I absolutely despise the fact that I'm giving a 1 star review but the negatives outweigh the positives in this place. Nothing felt professional. I immediately noticed I didn't have to fill out paperwork listing any health concerns (that's pretty important info to have in my opinion). There's a language barrier. I'm half Asian, I'm decent when it comes to decoding the accent - but not many are. The advertised services are a little confusing and dotted with spelling errors (eh, it happens). The room was clean, but i was very turned off when I saw the dressing for the table. Perhaps the dated floral sheets serve their purpose, but aesthetically unpleasant. They were comparable to something you would find at an estate sale. The foot prop was nothing more than your average bed pillow. The face shield was nothing more than a paper towel and quite abrasive. I failed to find any certifications hanging, but I decided to continue down the rabbit hole. The male that came in to perform my massage was kind and polite with a thick accent. I believe he brushed off my quick description of problem areas - maybe he didnt understand. Who knows? I was disappointed. I'm used to very firm pressure - that didn't bother me. What bothered me was the complete disregard for proper technique. If you're going for a massage that seems in-depth and you're not picky, this will work for you (though I would tread lightly, their technique is concerning). At one point the gentleman straddled me, stood above my torso, and pulled my arms behind me to stretch my upper body. I understand what they were trying to achieve but the execution was poor (and could be risky for those with shoulder problems). I remained bewildered through the entire session. Afterwards they'll use very rough towels to clean the random oil they slather you in. I left slightly concerned with what I experienced. Cutting corners in aesthetics are fine, but I wouldn't suggest coming here if you are addressing chronic issues with muscular discomfort. They're leaving a lot of room for error and injury. read more

Language barrier and poor customer service. I requested a full body massage- half the massage was gentle pressure over a blanket and then the remaining 30 min she focused on my back. When it was over I asked her why she didn't massage my legs and she said "one hour, time up". I paid, including tip because I'm a good person, and left because I didn't want to make a scene. When I got home I called and spoke to the manager to discuss the situation. She told me that she had to pay her employee and that that particular employee has a bad temper but I could come back and she would find a "nice girl with good temper". I will not be back and I hope after reading this review you will find another place as well. read more

The people were friendly enough and the prices were reasonable, but this is probably one of the worst massages I have ever had. Unfortunately, I do not believe they are trained professionals. They did not discuss health concerns, areas where they should focus more, etc. I felt very uncomfortable during the entire hour. The sheets they used were entirely see-through, and the woman pulled my undergarments down/aside without warning or asking. The woman who was performing my massage couldn't really understand when I was communicating certain discomforts I was having with her. She would use very aggressive strokes, and then just move to an entirely different section of my body, which I know for a fact is not proper technique. She spent a very large amount of time on my back, and then rushed through every other area. When the massage was almost over, she climbed up on the table and picked up and dropped my legs several times, then just said "Lady, finished" and walked out. I was most comfortable when she left the room (three separate times) throughout the hour. The whole thing was just very odd and uncomfortable. I will not be back. read more

Let's just say I could have stayed there all night! It was an amazing massage!! I got the 1 hour and 30 min foot massage. It was worth every dime spent! Their open late so if you've have a bad day at work or just dealing with the stress of everyday life and need some distressing, then this will be the place to go! They take walk-ins.
