I maintained my homeowners insurance with them for ease but not for service. I cancelled my auto insurance 10 years ago just because of the poor service received in this office. The latest was we sold our home in June and received a refund showing they were aware that we no longer lived in the home. We also had flood insurance due to the home being in a flood plane for the first 10 years we were in the home. After several large flood events we were allowed to cancel the flood insurance but thought better of it because as soon as you cancel the inevitable would happen. Well low and behold that insurance was not cancelled when we sold the house because "they didn't know we sold it". I have to submit a letter stating the sale of the house. Ridiculous. It seems like I inconvenienced them whenever I called.

Mr.Hess called back to say that the price was only good if we insured home and auto together. We were quoted a higher price than we were paying and declined. Mr. Hess did not remove the order and we received the bill saying we owed for the policy. We contacted Mr Hess several times about the bill and he assured us he had taken care of it. Just got a notice in the mail that the bill, which we were told not to pay, has gone to collections. Very unprofessional, would not recommend using this company. Now we have to go through the entire process of disputing this on a credit record. Obviously not receptive to correcting mistakes they made.
