I was diagnosed with three herniated lumbar discs and spinal stenosis. I had to give up all of my active hobbies and switch jobs, and my physical and mental health suffered. After spinal steroid injections, surgical consultations, PT, acupuncture, massage, yoga, etc., my osteopath recommended I try one more round of PT before surgery. I am so thankful I chose Move Right and Dr. Jason!! After 20 visits I am in better shape and my pain is more manageable than at any time in the last four years.
