I would definitely recommend this company, it's a local company and they have been in business over 40 years. We are definitely saving money on our utility bill. The negative 655.00 SCE has a return policy on the electricity at .02 cents a kilowatt. I received back about 50.00 from SCE for this large credit. That was disappointing, I had preferred to leave balance on SCE. Even if this balance is left on the SCE statement you will get paid out at a low rate. Real bummer. Was hoping to keep my negative balance going. It resets after a year and you either owe at the high kilowatt rates or you get paid a couple cents on the kilowatt.
