(Background story, Not Aqua Tech) When we first moved into our house we kind of adopted the pool guy that had previously been servicing our pool. What a mess. He had been servicing our pool with chlorine when we had a salt water filtration system that wasnt working. Rather than telling us that it was broken, he went on chlorinating our pool and charging us for the chemicals. He left our gate open a few times and our husky got out each time. He even told one of my kids that the PH balance in the pool was off and to stop peeing in it. AYFKM? That was the end of that. Since then, I was recommended to use Paul by one of my neighbors. He had a fair price so I gave him a shot. He was able to get our equipment in working order, and replace what was broken. Our pool has since been kept in pristine condition and we can count on his regular service. When he went on vacation he let us know weeks in advance. He is a businessman's pool guy and answers his phone every time. If not, he'll at least call you back that same day, or have one of his guys get back to you. Pool heater was out. Called after I looked up a few local places. The reviews from other sites were very good for Aqua Tech so I called. Paul from Aqua Tech while on the phone was very knowledgeable and I could tell he was no first time pool person. Once he explained to me what he suspected the repair would cost I had him come out. He arrived in a few hours and In a very short while he had repaired the pool heater and even made some recommendation I could do myself to get the best performance out of my pool. He even removed a rock lodged in my pool sucker that I had missed at no cost and the sucker now works great. He recommended a few replacement parts for the sucker and since he is a Hayward Authorized repair person he even had the parts I needed. Fair price.. good service and very knowledgeable.
