Their design was able to exceed all my criteria: Fun Timeless Masculine Claudia did the stunning florals, and she works so well with Lulu on the creative direction behind it all. They educated me so much about what would enhance a party or give that extra touch because I was on the fence about florals for a grad party, but I'm glad I trusted them because it turned out gorgeous. The backyard was transformed into a beautiful event space. They truly make your event feel like it will be one to remember. I received their planning/decor service, but they also do only decor service if need be. It's only been a few days, but I'm already brainstorming other parties we want to hire them. My guests could not stop raving about the transformation of the backyard , and I'm still receiving texts about how they loved the ambiance they built. Their work and professionalism exceeded our expectations, and my family could not have been happier with the outcome. Pricepoint-wise, I will say, they are reasonably priced: but there were many other factors that needed improvement: I rented chaviari chairs to add an upscale look to my event, and probably about 75% of the cushions had some sort of visible stain on them: some of them were literally SO dirty, I almost considered not using the cushions at all. Secondly, we paid for a black & white checkered dance floor and DID NOT receive that on the day of. We received a regular white dance floor: this was the BIGGEST disappointment for me. I was pretty sad, and let down by the lack of attention to detail here as this was a HUGE statement piece to my event. The delivery guy was kind and we helped him unload, but getting ahold of the owner for updated invoices was a bit tricky. Joshua would respond, then go MIA for a while. It was an overall very weird experience? Maybe you get what you pay for? I have already recommended this business to others, seeing as I believe every business deserves a second chance, but was truly hoping Joshua would reach out to apologize for the inconvenience or offer something to make up for the right product ordered not being delivered.
