I rented a bounce house from Juniors after I compared prices and also being in Redlands since that's where I live. I asked they to call me when they were leaving their store which they did Rafael was the person whom delivered and installed the bounce house . When I was done at 6 pm he came and took it all down and left, he did a good job. I ordered the 2-1 combo standard house which was the jump house and slide. The place I used it at requested I get liability insurance and would refund after the event was over. It all worked out great, big hit at the event. read more

Juniors could (should) be soooo good. They have a convenient location, good prices, selection.... But when it comes to service, well.....quite frankly they suck. Or at least the people in charge. The people in the back who check-in/out are very good. Almost makeup for the front of the store. I can look past the antiquated system of cash stapled to the original invoice, filed in a box, all that. BUT THE PLACE IS FILTHY DIRTY. AND THEY SHOWUP WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE IT. Not the actual posted hours. Better add an extra 25 minutes to the 10am that is posted. It has happened to me more than once. More than half the time actually. It seems the laziness of the front office shows up very clearly. If you go there, expect to wait and do not touch anything. And expect to wait some more. read more

Originally ordered a jumper from another company but the day of had horrible communication and very rude service and needed a jumper same day and didn't know what to do.... . Never before felt the need to review a business, but I'll start off by saying the reason this is 2 stars and not 1 is because we had a good experience once before. I rented a bounce house for a joint birthday party for our 2 kids, 6 & 3, who's birthdays are 2 weeks apart. I received a phone call in the morning today that the bounce we ordered had an issue that was not repairable. No worries, they said they have another one, same setup, just different style. I get it, not stressed....bounce houses have heavy wear and tear. I asked would this affect the delivery time and they said between 12-1 now. I informed them that the party started at 12, so to please do what you can to get it there as close to 12 as possible Come time for the party, it's 1245, I decided to call the business to get an ETA....no answer. I call the second number listed on their website.....no pick up. I am unable to leave a voicemail because the mailbox is full. I proceed to alternate calling both of those phone numbers a total of 23 times (picture proof if needed), with no pick up or response. They finally pick up the phone at 1:08 and say they will check on the status of the bounce house. After a few minutes, they get back to me to tell me there was an issue with another bounce house, so the driver will not be able to drop off for at least an hour. I initiated in asking for a refund and they agreed. I understand mistakes and things happen and come up. But for me to not receive a phone call about the delay, nor to be able to get a hold of the business/leave a message on either of the listed numbers, was completely unacceptable. It was a very disappointing experience to then have to come up a new plan in the middle of a joint birthday party. Will not be coming back. read more

I have placed multiple orders here and I have to say the work was beautiful. The roses were gorgeous! Also well put together (lived way longer then expected). The balloons oh my gosh the balloons! They were awesome! The balloons didn't deflate for months either. I wish I would have done a time lapse of them. Customer service here is phenomenal, very attentive and in Tune with what I wanted and needed. I would recommend this place to any one because I just know they wouldn't be disappointed. Rented Chairs and a jumper for an event that started at noon was very clear when I booked that I need it delivered before noon was given a delivery time of 8-11 called at 10 mins to 11 to make sure they were on the way and was told they had my order and should be there shortly Allen again at 1145 because no one had shown up told they would be there in 10-15 mins didn't show up until after 12 when the party had already started. I had to do all the calling not once did they reach out to me. Completely disappointed with the service. Go elsewhere if you need something delivered on time for an event. I was being very polite and patient, but unfortunately I was not happy with the little service that I received. I called to get a quote, right away I was asked if It would be ok to receive a call back because they were assisting someone else. I was ok with that, so once I got the call back, I started inquiring when all of a sudden another call came in, I was told to hold on, and I can hear her giving that other person a quote right then and there while i wait! Honestly, that was completely uncalled for, if I was told I would get a call back I'm sure she could have done the same with the person who called. But unfortunately that wasn't the case, that needs to be addressed and fixed. read more

We rented a jump house and it was intermittently partially deflating through out the party. Eventually we had to stop using the jump house all together after a kid fell off the top of the slide because the side wall gave way. We called during the party and they said they would send someone out, but no one came. They have not picked up the jumper yet so I don't know how they will resolve this. But unfortunately it kind of ruined the party note the worried faces in the photo. Hopefully they will never rent this particular jumper again. Chairs were also very old appearing. Juniors Party Rental was awesome! I rented tables chairs a canopy and popcorn machine from them! As well as bought a piñata for my sons birthday party! When they came out to deliver the canopy was much smaller then anticipated so they went out of their way to bring one that was the appropriate size! They set it up and the delivery men were awesome, so nice and professional! When I went in to place the order the lady that helped me was great and my order was perfect and reasonably priced! As an event planner I've dealt with many party rental businesses. I have to say that by far Junior's party rental is the best in the area. We had a horrible experience with this party rental place this past weekend. We spent over $500 just to be lied to. It started with them miscalculating our total. Then, we went to the store on Friday to correct that and paid in full in good faith on the day of supposed delivery. They were quick to take our money, but when delivery time came and went I finally got a call that they couldn't make the delivery because they had "telephone issues." I'm still not sure what that had to do with delivery since we already had a delivery time window which we sat around waiting for, and I know for a fact everybody their has cellphones since they were all quick to call us from different phones when it came to pick up. Then they gave us a new delivery time for Saturday morning. Again, time came and went and nothing. I finally called and the lady said they were running late. They finally show up and the two heat lamps we rented were not working. Also, the tables were in horrible condition (see pictures), stained and cracked on the sides. They promised they'd replace the heat lamps before the party, but to no surprise the party started and still no delivery. Keep in mind it was cold, and raining on Saturday and that was the whole point of renting the heat lamps. This my was daughter's party and I was completely stressed out. I called multiple times during the party and no one would pick up. They finally showed up almost 3 hrs after the party started. This was a child's party so they don't last long. Needless to say the party was almost over by the time the heat lamps were delivered. No one ever apologized or returned my calls regarding this issue. Overall, worst experience ever with a party rental place. I mostly dealt with the older lady with white striped hair, worst customer service skills ever. You'd have thought we were doing her a favor. If you are in need of party rental supplies I encourage you to look elsewhere because from our experience they have very unethical business practices, are rude, and their supplies are subpar. read more

I ordered tables, chairs and linens for a baby shower a couple of months in advance. I called back shortly before the event and added some balloons to my order. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and professional. The original time frame for delivery was too close to my party, and she kindly offered me an earlier delivery time. Driver was on time, friendly, and worked quickly. Everything was perfect and the table linens added such an elegant touch to the shower. Side note: I've never had latex balloons that have lasted almost a week! The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because the pickup time the next day wasn't until almost 5pm and I wasn't able to stay home and wait all day so I finally had to move everything to the front porch. We have used juniors party rentals for over 6 years now and they have always delivered! We have never had any problems and always try their best to do whatever we ask for..I just had them at my house thIs weekend..they came set up & sincE it was going to rain I asked if he may assist me by putting the jumper inside my home due to the rain and sure enough no issue..he did just that..thank god we have high cielings..the kIds of course loved the jumper inside and so did parents, no kid would get sick or wet..thank you guys for always helping us out and bringing what we ask for every year..you guys are amazing & super helpful..we will definitely continue doing business with them..I don't have pix only videos of the set up and it doesn't let me post on here any videos read more

I went to the store in person to rent tables, chairs and linens and that experience was fine (I was told I had to put down a deposit because I was renting linens). I was happy because they offered to drop off everything a day early with no extra charge since I was not renting a bouncer. The day of the drop off they called me multiple times to change the drop off time, which was extremely stressful as I was planning multiple events that weekend. After the event everything was picked up, but I was told I had to go back to the store in order to get my deposit. When I did that they made me wait around for so long as they searched and searched for their copy of the rental record (she eventually had to go out and search through the delivery truck) before I got my deposit back. I wasted so much time dealing with this business! The condition of everything I rented was fine, but the stress was not worth the cheap price. I would definitely not recommend them if your event is time sensitive. read more
