****WARNING! Use caution dealing with this company. First off hired this company to clean out our septic tank. Not only did not not do a good job, they cleaned out our pocketbook as well. Extremely over price for a horrible job. Two weeks after they took payment with my debit card, I had illegally activity on my card! There was a charge for over $600.00!! By this company. I contacted the company and they denied any wrong doing, an investigation was completed by my bank and this company was at fault! They are liars and thieves! Use another company! In the past year, I've had to use the septic services of this company 2 times, once to clean out my system and another time to install risers. It's unfortunate, but sometimes, your house plumbing gets backed up. When that happens, you need to get someone out there who is fast and reliable and won't overcharge you. We didn't have a lot of money to spend so I had to shop around. I had used Roto Rooter before, mainly because they were cheap, but I just wasn't happy with the results so I wanted someone else to come out. Cleaning out your septic system involves more than sucking out all the stuff inside. They need to clean your filter too, something that Roto Rooter never told me about or even offered to do. There is another company in the local area who will charge you one price to clean out your system then add $300 to clean your filter. Seriously. Coronado Septic did it all for me for one price. I should add that cleaning out our filter involved digging for the opening (yeah, with a shovel on hard packed soil) , something that Coronado did themselves. And didn't charge me extra to do. There aren't a lot of reviews about Coronado Septic but there should be. They are fantastic. They did more than Roto Rooter ever did. Jesus Galaz and his son (and later his son-in-law) were professional and personable. Jesus took the time to explain exactly what was wrong, what he could do to fix it and how long it would take. I also felt like I got more than what I paid for. Besides cleaning out my septic system, he also installed risers over my septic system. He quoted a price and a month later when I had the money, he honored that price AND came out the same day to install the risers. He gave us a short lesson on septic maintenance too. I'm just overall happy with this company and will most definitely call them again if I ever have maintenance issues with the septic system in the future. read more

Did not honor quote. I was quoted a price of 900.00 to excavate and pump tank plus 420.00 to add risers. Tank ended up not needing to be pumped. Problem turned out to be a clog where pipe entered tank. Simple fix and less work. I ended up being charged 1500.00 for less work and the reason given was because of the excavation. That's total BS. It only took three hours to complete job. Will not use this company again. I did give 2 stars only because Jesus is very knowledgeable. read more

After reading reviews I contacted Coronado Septic for my recently purchase as is home.They promptly arrived the next day, Christmas Eve Day to trouble shoot ,excavate and bid. They returned New Year's Eve Day, installed tank risers,outside clean outs and excavated my hallway. They returned 01-02-20. The one line was clogged with roots. They spliced the 90° away with 2 45°a. Finished the concrete and my septic is 100%. Jesus and Mario were always prompt, courteous and thorough. Septic issue? Coronado Septic. read more

Coronado emptied and cleaned our spetic tank and charged 35% more than anyone else we contacted. We had it done on a Saturday, and consequently we didn't have too much of a choice about who we had do it. We were shocked at the price and on the following Monday we called around and got estimates that were considerable lower. . My advice with this company is to comparison shop BEFORE you call them. Additionally,if you are thinking about additional parts for your septic tank, like risers, this company will gladly sell them to you for DOUBLE THE PRICE you can get them for at Lowes, Home Depot, or a plumbing supply company. read more

We are so pleased with this business. Communication was excellent, they were prompt and polite. They worked tirelessly and explained everything throughout...but....what will always stand out in our mind was their honesty. We were charged what we thought was a reasonable amount for the service provided, we paid by credit card. No more than 15 minutes after they left we received a frantic phone call from them saying they had over charged us. We would NEVER have known the difference but for the call from them.
