Tom scheduled technicians Brian and David, to come at a convenient time. They efficiently pumped the tank and also did some trouble shooting. They were able to remove some debris that had partially plugged the gray water trap, and gave us some tips on improving our septic maintenance. Let's begin with their good attitude upon receiving my phone call. Full of enthusiasm, a great…read moresense of humor, and a willingness to assure me they could fix our problem immediately...same day! I was stunned. I expected to hear the exact opposite so I didn't know how to respond. The others I had called earlier wanted to call me back with a rate, or they needed to hear back from their supervisor first, or they couldn't possibly get us in until the following week. Add that 'On-Doody's' prices were almost half of what everyone else wanted, and what more could anyone ask for? We live in an incredibly remote area in the mountains, dirt roads, the whole nine yards. But they didn't tack on any additional fees or charges when they completed the job. They were fast! Not only were they to our home in an unprecedented amount of time, but efficient too! Both men clearly had their job to do, and they did it, cutting this major drainage requirement down to an hour long ordeal. Neat, entertaining, quick, and they were more than happy to explain everything as they worked. They even explained their company name, that they were both retired police officers who had done it all, seen it all, so why not septic cleaning? Give the guys some credit, because this is no pleasure trip by any means. And they did it with a smile. Honestly, what should be the most disgusting routine anyone has to perform practically had us wanting to jump in and help (where's the shovels?) thanks to their incredibly affable and humorous attitudes. They were completely at ease with us hanging over their heads as they worked, and not one hint of discomfort or the 'yuck' factor crossed their faces. It was just another day in paradise according to them, and they were loving it! So refreshing (excuse the pun) to see a company take on such a smelly task with zero upset or negativity. Absolutely a great pair of guys to work with! Highly recommend them to do the job that nobody else wants to do. Our property and well are always throwing curveballs, but BJ Drilling is quick to respond to any issues we encounter. Zane has answered us mornings, nights, and weekends whenever we have an out of water emergency. We have a lot of livestock who need water, especially in the summer months; BJ Drilling has even delivered water to us at a time when we couldn't get water hauled. This company will not leave you hanging and they understand being without water in the desert is an emergency. Veronica in the office is great and very communicative. The caused an excessive amount of damage to the house, over $5,000 and destroyed items they were hired to move at a cost of close to $10,000 in damages. In submitting a claim to them about the damages , the acknowledged the damage and remitted a refund of only $148. Oh let's not forget that they charged nearly double of the estimate and wanted double again to move the rest of the items they knew fully about but intentionally brought too small of a truck. Part of the scam to bilk people out of money. I'll never ever use them and I'll never ever recommend them to anyone! Worst moving company in the history of moving companies!
