Extremely unprofessional. We put a deposit down and we're sent an email quote for our wedding as well as confirming via phone call with the owner. No contract was sent despite sending the deposit. A couple weeks later I called back to confirm they had our date down, since I had not received a contract- in which he ( Greg, the owner) confirmed and said he would have his office manager send over the contract right away per our request. We are now 2 weeks away from the event. I called last Friday to ask for a contract, before I would pay the additional amount owed. He finally sent pictures via text of a contract he made up for nearly double the price he had originally quoted (which also happened to be more than what any other company quoted us) for our event. When questioning him about the difference he was not only combative, but also extremely rude and unprofessional saying "clearly, you can't afford your event". Since he was not willing to at minimum give us our deposit back, We are now going to get our lawyer involved, as yes it is a small amount but is a small amount that we will have to pay in addition to another large amount to try to find transportation on a 2 week notice. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. I wish I would have read the reviews before calling. read more

The limo was gaudy. Lasers, strobes and wet looking windows. I prefer a more elegant and functional limousine. The Limo itself was a white explorer or Escalade type SUV conversion, which I would give 2-3 stars. The worst was the unprofessional sloppy dress or the driver. He looked like he came to work in donated tattered clothes, even his belt was falling apart. read more

My family hired this service for a concert. The service started out well, and ended with us being ditched in South Bend with none of our stuff. We asked the driver if he'd be willing to stay out past the hours in the contract. He readily agreed, and we agreed to increase his tip. We agreed we'd be out no later than an extra hour. The driver asked us to call him when we were ready to be picked up, then offered to drive us to a bar so we could meet up with other family. Less than hour later we called the driver (Kenny) to pick us up. He accused us of not paying him (simply not true) then refused to tell us his location so we could get our possessions off the van. We warned him we had a lawyer in the group & would include both the lawyer and local police if necessary. Longer story shorter, we got our stuff the next morning with police presence. Kenny had the nerve to ask for his tip. What a joke. read more

Nope nope nope - I worked with the owner directly and this was just one mistake on top of the next - find a better organized company that won't double charge your credit card a month in advance of the event and then take 2 and a half months of you calling and repeatedly leaving voicemails to get a call back. A final phone call "to make things right" only to be told 3 weeks after your event that there was a last minute upgrade fee (because they couldn't drive otherwise - talk about convenient for them!) and overages that merited him keeping your money that they "accidentally" doubly charged (surprise surprise). Also a contract with "unlimited stops" does not mean unlimited stops but instead a tirade that berates the passengers wanting to do more than 2 bar stops. Also if you pay your driver (note: also the owner) in additional time in cash, get a receipt because he'll claim he didn't receive the full amount given there as well. Driver doesn't open doors and I'd rather pay a friend to drive a carload of people around than work with this ghetto dude again. Just overall a very unprofessional experience that I wouldn't want anyone to encounter. Not corporate, not classic, but hey the vehicle was nice and that deserves 1 star. read more

My daughter booked a town car to the airport because her last exam was later than the last bus. She tried repeatedly to call and cancel but nobody answered. The driver showed up a day early and she tried to tell hm. She finally got through on the phone and was told she would be charged anyway. Then she got charged more than she was quoted for a ride she did not take. I tried to call but again, nobody answered. I would handle this by email but there is no email address listed on your website. Unless our bank can intervene, we are out over $300. Nice way to treat a poor college kid. Do NOT use this company. The owner told me the day before my daughter's wedding that he would not take a check to make the final payment so I made sure we had cash to pay him. I gave the cash to a bridesmaid to give the limo driver but she forgot to ask for a receipt. The cash was the final payment of $470 plus his 20% tip. The wedding was June 4 and on June 20 he charged my credit card for the $470 without my permission saying that he did not receive any cash. He will not call me back either to discuss the problem. GO WITH ANY OTHER COMPANY!!!! read more
