This is most important above all else. The shop is squeaky clean, the staff is always helpful and the managers really know what they are talking about. My family always gets al their supplements and vitamins here (we have been customers of Vitamin Shoppe for many years, in our old town) and have always been happy with the high grade products that they stock. I am a huge fan of protein bars and protein cookies. I have very specific nutrition needs so being able to come in, feel safe during COVID, and get fantastic help is really appreciated! Now, sometimes the shelves can appear a little more bare because people constantly come in and wipe out the supply BUT the staff is always on it and they are constantly restocking. So if you need something and don't see it, ask them if it is in the back or if they can recommend a similar product. They have never steered me wrong!
