Yes everything was perfect until I showed up at the dealership and $1900 tire and wheel protection was added and a non refundable $699 appearance protection package was added. My salesman (pass through agent) didn't mention any of this at any point in our phone calls or multiple best buddy text messages. Sad part is we were in the market to trade in my Girlfriends car and upgrade her to a 26 CRV and had a deal in place. After this experience we decided to go elsewhere. They told us that as a result of a class action lawsuit Honda extended the condenser warranty to 10 years. What a surprise they couldn't find a leak. They filled it with freon and told us to come back if there were any issues. Less then two weeks later it stopped working again. And wouldn't you know it they found a leak! But of course it MUST have been caused by a rock and therefore it is not covered by the extended warranty. So we had to spend a total of $1400 to fix this "magic" leak. Terrible experience with this service department.
