The fast-paced workout was great for targeting different areas of the body and I found was very doable as it changes frequently, as opposed to a typical hot Pilates class when you feel like you can't do another set when there's 15 seconds left. It's a constant movement and I enjoyed that. I also loved that the weights were located at the deck, with ranges of weight depending on how hard you want to push. And there were two types of resistance bands to choose from right there with you. It was easy to hear and see the instructor and she was encouraging throughout. Overall I love how quick the workout was and I truly do feel like it was a whole body workout, and doable for everyone no matter how hard or easy you want to make it for yourself.

A good trainer wants to keep you safe, teach you good form, make you grow, build & tone your body, keep you smiling & motivated and train you to keep you in your athletic endeavors you love for life. The small facility in the cute city scape of downtown Zionsville is clean, welcoming and functional. They have all sorts of loose weights, weight machines, TRX equipment, etc. to build a program full of variety.
