They have a predatory practice of not reimbursing security deposits for a variety of reasons they fabricate and will not communicate until you reach out. The reason I said first time home buyers is because you are not accustomed to all the rules and terms they will try to hold you to while sabotaging communication channels by not answering phones and taking excruciatingly long to respond to emails. They target this group specifically because they know they can take advantage of you. This is not even to mention the dangerously loose windows we had in our apartment. All in all, they are very unprofessional and I absolutely regret leasing with them. Don't make the same mistake. Save your money for another landlord.
