We contacted this company to mow our yard. We were told they were coming on that Saturday morning…read more This isn't a residence we currently occupy. It is one we are moving to. We received an invoice that Saturday and in good faith we paid it. They called us on Sunday to say they had NOT taken care of the lawn. They informed us then that would "send someone else" within the next few days. They then claimed that they had us scheduled for Sunday instead of Saturday so it was a misunderstanding on our part. We received the invoice on Saturday and have texts saying they would be there Saturday. It was not a misunderstanding on our end. At this point we asked for a refund. After much back & forth about it we were assured a refund had been issued through Square and it would be back in our account within 7 days. It has now 9 days. Not only have we not received a refund, they are no longer responding to our messages. Be very careful about this company. DOT PAY YOUR INVOICE WITH THEM BEFORE THE WORK IS DONE! We only did because we have known the wife for years.
