Plus, the handyman is going to remove the backsplash and shave some of the stone to fit the wall's curve better, something Set in Stone could and should have done. Now we have experienced a situation that makes us pause about how good a company Aberdeen Carpet really is. Both rugs we purchased as new rugs have had to be returned to have the binding repaired after we brought them home. We are talking about days and maybe a week for both after bringing them home before noticing the problem. We did have a positive experience with their taking our two rugs back with the exception that both times we were told "this never happens". They didn't give us any problem about returning them for repair. We're not sure yet what the final outcome will be, but overall they only deserve three stars.
