I wanted to do a "glow up" in my builder grade, powder room. I stopped into Total House + Flooring on a whim just to get some tile ideas. Little did I know that I would be greeted and supported by Scott and then have a full consultation by the owner, Francy a few days later. Both were knowledgeable, passionate and wonderful to work with. They listened to my ideas, made recommendations based on what I had in mind, all without upselling or being pushy. They recommended a tile installer by the name of Antonio. Antonio and his sons were professional, punctual and paid attention to every detail and I am so pleased with their work. After some discussion, one member of the staff went in search of a scrap plank or two, while his colleague provided us the name and number for a contractor who does hardwood repairs. The scrap search was successful, but the better news is that they would not take payment for the 4 or 5 feet of boards. For this reason, we will visit Moore Floors first when we need any more flooring needs. They are beyond nice and helpful and turned our difficult situation into a great experience.
