After waiting months for an appointment, Dr Nguyen got my husband the testing and evaluation he needed. Apparently this Marin Health Department is very short staffed. They never let my husband know that the neurologist to whom they had referred him was off on maternity leave. Thank goodness for Dr. Nguyen who is a visiting neurologist. I have been trying to get the office to renew a prescription for my mother for seven days since my parents are housebound and I take care of them. I have been calling their office and Cvs for seven days and evidently they gave they never updated Cvs with your new office number order new phone number so they have been sending the request to a bogus nonworking number. I shouldn't have to drive down after having seven surgeries this year when I'm supposed to be in bed to CVS to find out the Dr. Shefrin's office can't even do one of their primary jobs which is to update the pharmacies in which they interact. Absolutely terrible service I'm leaving the practice.
