But I'm glad I didn't let first impressions scare me away, because this is a good local practice overall. I appreciate the professional PTs and assistants I've worked with. It's a small space, but well organized and the pacing and rehab experience have been positive and I am seeing improvement. I appreciate the simple online tools they provide to keep track of my home physical therapy. I do think they should absolutely improve their patient onboarding process, and would point out that if nothing else, kindness can go a long way in outfacing phone communication.
