They acknowledge they have overcharged but since the billing department is in another country they cannot contact the people who can fix it and refuse to give me a contact number so I can reach out to the appropriate folks in the corporate office. Their lack of response is disrespectful and after looking at many websites it turns out that I am not the only one experiencing this issue. Many of them have never worked with children before in any meaningful way. We've had people show up whose background seemed completely unrelated, like DoorDash drivers or waitresses, with no proper training or understanding of what this work actually requires. The director is completely dismissive to parent input. It doesn't matter how many times you raise concerns. You are ignored, and brushed off. There is no sense of partnership or care. The girl that handles scheduling is inconsiderate and unprofessional. Because of this, there is absolutely no progress. How could there be? There is zero consistency, zero experience, and zero accountability. On top of that, the constant call-outs and last-minute cancellations are out of control. You cannot rely on them at all. Sessions are missed, schedules are a mess, and you're left scrambling. This company clearly prioritizes filling shifts over actually helping children. It's beyond frustrating, and honestly, unacceptable. Overall this agency lacks empathy and is the complete opposite of what they market themselves to be.

Everyone's expression of shock on their faces when she confessed to not being prepared nor had NOT read the IEP. She was comfortable wasting everyone's time at $200 an hour. Dr. Sarah Pelangka will then aggressively send invoices stating if not paid right away they will have interest added and later be sent to collections. Did I mention I paid her in advance. She comes off very desperate for money with her billing practices. She is the lowest level of a so-called professional with a doctorate that I have ever interacted with. She does NOT complete the job nor has any care for the children. Avoid the nightmare and being rip-off for thousands of dollars by Dr. Sarah Pelangka with Know IEPs. Update- Sarah's dishonesty is shown in her response to this review. She claims the honest review is not factual. She will not take a new client without prepaid terms. I stated we paid in advance in the review. She clearly is a dishonest business owner and the review is factual. Don't waste your time and money with Dr. Sarah Pelangka operating Know IEPs. 2nd update.
