Three days later, they cancelled my appointment without any notification. They also have the worst phone tech support and would not cancel my subscription without getting "higher approval". I recently had an issue with my computer and printer, both were malfunctioning. I had been…read morereferred to INETPLUS so I gave them a call. From the moment the gentleman picked up the phone I felt like I had finally found someone that could help me with my problem and I was right. The nice man, Clinton, showed up the very same day, was clean cut, his car was not dripping oil all over my driveway and he actually had a very pleasant personality.
