The people who work there are always nice to me. They do their best to take care of their patients even when it seems there is very little they can do. Christine is a caring doctor who has always treated me with respect. I have to go to the clinic because I have chronic pancreatitis and gastroparesis. They are very limited on what they can do for me. The young man who does the drug tests, and takes the vitals, Clayton, is very friendly, professional, and considerate. He always takes the time to find out how I am doing. Because of these wonderful people, I no longer feel completely alone in my pain. I finally feel like I'm part of something good. read more

This place should be closed down. Their main concern is pushing their chiropractic services and every possible injection they can get in you. They actually line patients up in outside the surgical room like cattle, 15 minutes later you are rolled to the back door and basically shoved out the door, no matter what condition you are in, just to get the next patient on the table. Then they shove their chiropractic services down your throat, about 8 patients at a time getting stretched. Its ridiculous. They could care less about actual pain management. The staff is rude and unprofessional. DO NOT waste your time, you will be in worse shape than you are when you first started! read more

I love my Dr. but the owner is a well you will make your own mind up i was in the patient room for over an hour my Dr. said I'm going to jump out a window (mind you there are none) i looked at her and said I will go with you and we both laughed for a sec she said I am sorry I am trying to get to you i said your ok it is whoever does the scheduling fault that you are this backed up she replied that would be the owner I said where is she my Dr. replied leaving now i said oh imagine that. Mind you it was over an hour and if you are 10 minutes late they refuse to see you and book you out a month no care as to your medicine. Her boss heard her and rudely asked what the issue was and my Dr. told her a patient was just upset about waiting so long. the owner stormed in my room rolling her eyes and just being rude and i told her nicely at this point i think it is rude that you have people waiting so long her reply was its only an hour consider yourself lucky some people have waited 3-4 hours today. I replied then stop double and triple booking (i used to work in the medical field i know how they do it. She pointed her finger in my face took angry steps toward me was irate and blamed me getting that information from my Dr. I told her she did not say shit to which she stormed out and into another patient room that was occupied by my Dr. and another patient and proceeded to yell at her for no reason so i came out in the hallway to again correct the owner and was told to start looking for a new Dr. THIS OWNER SHOULD NOT HAVE A LIC. I AM GOING TO THE MEDICAL BOARD. I got my prescription but never got to see a Dr. for my appointment. My Dr. is Olivia She on the other hand is a 5 star. read more

I have been a patient here for a couple of years now. FINALLY!!! A great provider; Olivia Beam!!! She has gone above and beyond and takes the time to listen to whatever the problem may be, and does everything she can to help. I have seen several different providers, because the turnover rate is ridiculous, but she is by far the BEST. She actually cares about her patients, and it shows. This is the first time I actually feel like someone is listening to me and not seeing me as a "number" or "more money" and pushing me out the door. I have to say, if Olivia leaves, I will be finding another provider elsewhere because she is the only reason I have stayed. I have seen this woman go NON-STOP, and bust her ass working through her lunch so she can play catch up with her patients. She is ALWAYS double or triple booked, so therefore you never get back at your original appointment time. I normally wait in the lobby for at least an hour before I get to a room; but I know this is not her fault. It's whoever makes her schedule. She truly deserves to be RECOGNIZED and PRAISED and know that she is doing a great job. As far as the front desk personnel; Missy is very rude. She always seems to be in a bad mood or pissed off about something every time I've been in there. When calling, she's notorious for putting you on hold and forgetting about you. When leaving my appointment, they always make sure you have three appointments scheduled because they book up so quickly. I was scheduled to come in on a certain day and time, and she wrote the appointment on the business card, but forgot to book it in the computer. When I brought it to her attention, she claimed that she didn't write it on the card so therefore the appointment was never scheduled. I showed her the card and she still denied it. Of course, I get the rolling of the eyes ALL THE TIME!! She is definitely not a people person. When you are in pain, you don't want to deal with someone like her. The lady that runs the place....where do I start??? That's the real question. She is rude, hateful, and fake!! The way she talks to and treats some of her staff is unreal. She will call them out right in front of patients. That is very unprofessional!! So as far as the star rating, I give Olivia a 10+, but everything else shouldn't get a star at all!! read more

If I could give a negative star, I would. My husband has been a patient here for about a year now. As someone else said, they try to push their chiropractic services on you without even knowing what's wrong with you. They tried to push my husband into having an MRI, but since he had recently had a full bone scan and a CT scan, he refused the MRI and said he would bring in the results of the other tests he had just had done. On his next appointment, they pushed the MRI again and when he tried to hand her the reports he brought with him, she pushed them away and said she didn't want them. Recently, we were going to change to another pain mgmt group, so we asked for a copy of his office notes. Reading these notes was quite entertaining. It was nothing but a bunch of lies. They claimed at every visit, they checked his range of motion and strength; they've never checked that on him. He has serious knee problems, his knee is swollen about double the size it should be, and he has told them about this multiple times. They have never checked his knees at any of his appointments, but in the office notes it states, "...complains about pain in his knee. Upon examination there is no swelling or redness.". What a joke! They've never even checked it. He had neck surgery back in November, they told him to just have the surgeon handle his pain medicine then schedule an appointment with them once the surgeon releases him, so that's what he did. On his first visit back to them, they said they found other pain medicine in his drug screen from what they give him. He reminded them of his surgery and the medicine from the surgeon. They still made him come in every two weeks for a month and a half and kept saying other medicine was found in his tests. After a month and a half, he finally stood up for himself and said he hadn't been taking anything else. The doctor looked at him and said, what are you talking about?, you haven't had any bad drug screens, other than the first one after surgery. WHAT!? Why was he being required to come in every two weeks? This place is a joke and as soon as we can find another pain mgmt, we're out of here. I say to all current patients, get a copy of your medical records from them and just see how much they've lied on there. read more
