However, stylists were offensive and rude…read more *My stylist and others made several remarks about my hair being too long and that I waited a long time to get a haircut during and after my haircut(even after I left a decent tip). *My stylist complained about my hair's quality and length to other associates as I was leaving in hearing distance of myself and other customers. *If you have a certain hair style and length you work with then post it on your site next to where customers have to book their haircut hours in advance. Get someone else to cut a customer's hair if you have a problem with it(goodness we have to wait long enough and pay more than many of your competitors). *Refrain from denigrating a friendly paying customer, please. This is an essential rule of thumb for any customer service role. I am not trying to complain about any particular person because it was multiple stylists who made me feel awful. I will not be coming back.

It's not the first time it's happened, but it's definitely the last. Sport clips as lost a customer, and I frequently tip over $50. The wonderful people at cost cutters, just down the road. We're happy to stay open for an extra five minutes for my haircut, they'll be getting my business from now on.

The way we respond when something goes wrong says a lot about our character and values. I am impressed with the way in which RevitalizeU handle an unfortunate and unplanned situation. In May, I started with a new stylist after my long time gal, who knew me well, moved out of state. Unfortunately, I had a color experience that went very poorly in almost every way it could. My hair was the wrong color, wrong design of color, and damaged. I reached out to Alyssa (another stylist) and she set me up to come in the next day to begin the process of repair. It took 4 trips and 5 months, but Alyssa and owner Sarah made sure to cover the time and costs of repair when applicable. Sarah personally met with me to fix my color right before my brother's wedding. I'm now back to where I wanted to be when I started the journey in May and I'm grateful they made it right! Also, they might have the best shampoo/head massage stylist around, Shanela. Worth it just to have her wash your hair! Now that they know me and my preferences, I'm excited to return down the road. I'm glad they added details of my preferences to my file for future reference

Poor kid went from aqua-man to caillou in a matter of minutes. As compensation for messing with his cut, they offered to give him the "MVP Haircut Experience" which involved a bj from one of their toothless employees. Kiddo seemed like he was happy after that so 4 stars.
