Dr. Cosh and her team are truly amazing. I've struggled with hip pain since my first pregnancy eight years ago. When it flares up, it's generally a dull, persistent pain, that occasional sharpens with excessive movement and exercise. Sitting at an office job and trying to continue running only made things worse. After overdoing a run several months ago, the pain intensified to the point where I was limping after sitting and experienced burning and numbness down my leg. Rest, massages, and taking time off from workouts didn't resolve it. A neighbor referred me to Dr. Cosh, and I'm so grateful. I filled out the new patient forms on her website and received a call back within a business day. Her staff is responsive and efficient with scheduling. They were booked out a bit but added me to a cancellation list and I was seen shortly after my initial inquiry. Dr. Cosh was thorough and attentive in her evaluation, she suspected the issue in my hip was likely muscular and provided practical stretches and foam rolling exercises to do at home. She also recommended weekly massage therapy following the chiropractic adjustments. I was scheduled with Jonah for massage, and he is absolutely incredible. With the combination of adjustments, massage therapy, and stretches, my pain was cut in half within the first week. I'm noticing continued progress with each visit and relief in areas I didn't even realize were contributing to my discomfort. I'm incredibly grateful for Dr. Cosh, Jonah, and the rest of the team. Along with that, she's given great advice for how I can do personal preventative care for myself. The front desk is the first point of contact for patients in an office creating the initial impression of a company. Unfortunately for Cosh Chiropractic their receptionist Michelle was highly unprofessional and had a very rude demeanor that directly reflected the company's professionalism and culture. We are highly disappointed in our visit to Cosh and will not be returning or referring to others. My Husband and I are both Doctors and we also have a very big close-knit family as well as own multiple successful businesses in the Redding area, which is unfortunate for Cosh because due to Michelle's unprofessionalism, they will be missing out on many referrals to their office. Cosh Chiropractic is the best chiropractic care in our area. The staff does the best to work with my schedule within theirs but customer service skills are extraordinary. For the past few years I have went there as needed, these ladies are always on top of things and have never missed a thing, they make appointments seem less. The check in process is easy. After years of chiropractic experiences, I was very dissatisfied with my latest visit at Cosh Chiropractic. The massage therapist I was being seen by was not attentive to the areas of complaint I specifically requested to be addressed, then proceeded to hurt me throughout the entire appointment with what seemed to be lack of knowledge about massage therapy. What should have been a therapeutic appointment left me in more pain than I started with, in places that didn't have pain prior to the massage, and I had knots and cramps where they hadn't previously existed. This was the worst massage experience I've ever encountered from anyone; and when calling to inform the office about this experience (in hopes this massage therapist doesn't hurt anyone else), they treated me like I was stupid and told me to just drink more water. I have background knowledge and experience in healthcare, massage, and anatomy of the body, and I was very offended to have my complaint of being hurt chalked up to not drinking enough water. I have hydrated sufficiently for years after massages and NEVER had this type of pain following even a deep tissue massage appointment (this appt was not deep tissue). Very disappointed to walk away hurt and not be heard when trying to voice my concerns. read more

I made an appointment & was informed there was electronic paperwork on their website that you submit online & then they have it in advance. That seemed pretty sleek and useful - nothing to print or fill out when I got there. I suffered from minor whiplash in a car accident 2 weeks prior & that was my reason for the appointment. There was a whole section online I filled out about if the visit was for an auto accident. Lots and lots of questions about the car accident itself, how I was hit, which part of the car was hit, how fast the car were going, etc. When I arrived to my appointment, 3 very scatterbrained receptionists attempted to check me in. When I was brought into the exam room, I was told I would be seen by Dr. Kim. I sat in the treatment room for quite a while waiting - I could overhear they double-booked another new patient at the exact same time as my appointment with only one chiropractor working - clearly this office doesn't value their patients' time. A new patient exam is double the cost, so you'd assume it'd be a longer visit. That's pretty inconsiderate to double-book 2 new people with identical appointment times. My paperwork was not reviewed before Dr. Kim went in the room because she asked what I was there for. When I mentioned I was in a car accident (and had seen a doctor & been medically cleared - I didn't have any major injuries), she dramatically rolled her eyes and said she can't see me. I told her my paperwork filled out online was all about this visit being for a car accident before she slammed the door and stormed out. Then the receptionist came in to talk to me. She said the main chiropractor has to see me, not this one or the 3rd one they have... So after wasting an hour of my life here, I had to walk out with a still-sore neck because they refused to treat me & tried to get me to reschedule with the OTHER chiropractor at a later date. I found Dr. Kim to be very rude & uncaring & the front desk staff utterly useless. Thanks for nothing!! read more

Hands down, the best and my favorite chiropractors I've been to. I've seen both Dr. Kimberly and Dr. Josh. Both are excellent! I've never felt pushed to do treatment, schedule appointments or commit to long term treatment. Pricing is fair as well. They offer massage therapy, which is just wonderful! They are always so kind and smiling at the desk and know my name when I walk in. These doctors have helped me when I could barely walk and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone! read more

I was seeing a chiropractor in Red Bluff, with severe lower back pain and sciatic pain, and he told me that I waited too long to come in. He also said he wasn't going to fix my back, he just was keeping it from worsening. Now I'm full on pregnant and hadn't had a good sleep in months, I was hoping to feel ANY relief so I could sleep through the night. After seeing him 8x or so with ZERO improvement I was referred to Dr Cosh by my OBGYN. After 2 appointments my pain level went from an 8/9 to a 4/5. I was finally LISTENED to and cared for. She was extremely kind, funny and knew a ton about my pregnant growing body. At my last appointment I started with a massage!! And WOW it was my best one yet while being this far pregnant! I'm very impressed with this office and I'm very glad I was referred to a practice who cares for their patients and treats them as individuals. Dr. Cosh fixed my TMJ and jaw pain. I explained my shooting nerve pain in my left jaw area, she immediately knew the problem, got right to work, adjusted and massaged my inner jaw muscle - providing instant relief for a problem that had been occurring for months. It is an uncommon problem - and she nailed it the first time. After that she adjusted my neck and back and I have never felt better. She is knowledgable, listens very well, and wants to provide accurate, logical and compassionate healing. Her office also provides a massage component that can go along with getting an adjustment that is second to none. Christina and her team are absolutely fantastic, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I'm very picky about who I let touch me but the massage therapists are knowledgable in their field and take care of their clients. I always feel rested and sure that my problems or concerns have been addressed. The office is very calming and clean. The receptionist (her name is slipping my mind at the moment) is a hoot to talk with while you are waiting for your massage therapist to set up your room. I have seen many chiropractors in my lifetime. I love the way Dr. Cosh listens and then discusses my body with me. I love how she tells me how she will help and what the adjustment will be like. I didn't know she would help with my TMJ until I complained about my jaw hurting. It was amazing! I also have a very difficult neck to adjust. She was great and worked with me until we found a great way to adjust my neck. All other chiropractors have just given up and said that they didn't know any other way to help me. I love that the office is always clean, calm, and enjoyable. The staff there is always kind and flexible. I have to bring my kids with me and they are so accommodating with that. I was referred by my doctor to go to Christina Cosh for a dislocated rib. For two weeks I've been in awful pain, two doctor visits, and two chiropractors. She got me an appointment right away and popped my rib back in! I had been to two chiropractors in Redding before that were horrible and just wanted me to sign up for a $4500 - $6000 plan. After finally being convinced I should go to a chiropractor, I was recommended to Cosh Chiropractic Care. Made my first appointment and saw Christina. After the first adjustment it was a huge difference. Following her instructions to come back again and getting a massage to help with the adjustments, I started noticing a difference. I made regular visits and found the best massage therapist around. I leave her nameless so she doesn't get over booked making it harder to get in with her. With every visit I was totally able to feel the difference, with energy levels, to mobility. Just feeling 110% better. The staff is totally friendly and welcoming, they are great to deal with. I would recommend to anyone that has those stiff muscles and pains to make an appointment and start feeling the difference. Your body will start to feel a huge amount different and you will have the mobility back that you slowly gave up by not having your bones and muscles maintained. This is a great practice. Dr. Cosh takes a thorough history, is knowledgeable and doesn't try to sell you some huge expensive package or tell you that you need to come in 2xs a week for 6 months. Theraputic massage is a component of the practice and the therapists are experienced and VERY good. I have had pain in my hips and shoulders that have limited me, After a few visits I am walking and moving pain free, something I am very greatful for! Honestly, I'm not impressed with this chiropractic office. The care is minimal and visits are short. I went in hoping to fix a problem. After my adjustment that took 3 minutes, I was then told to come back in a month. I don't know a lot about chiropractic care, but I understand that it takes consistent adjustments to fix a problem, not monthly adjustments. I didn't feel like going there was going to help me with the problem that I had. read more

I have been going to Dr. Cosh for years and I love her and have referred many others to here, but to be honest I hate the new billing policy in force. They make you pay for the visit in full at the time of service, but don't know the proper adjusted amounts after insurance. So when I get the Explanation of Benefits from my insurance company it shows I owe more. They complain they sends too many bills out every month that are small, but it is their own fault for not getting the right amount in the first place. I shouldn't have to pay each bill twice. For this reason I am considering seeking service elsewhere after many years. read more

I absolutely love this office!!! I love the fact that they provide massages too! I'm not into the spa like massages where you leave feeling good but that "feel good" feeling leaves in an hour or so. The massages here still feel amazing but they really work the tissues and muscles so that you actually feel like the massage benefited your body. Dr. Cosh is friendly and actually takes an interest in you as a person rather than just a patient, even though you usually only see her for a few minutes. Love this place! I see Dr. Cosh once a week for prenatal adjustments and wouldn't miss an appointment for the world! She is extremely knowledgeable with the female body and how it changes through pregnancy. She always has helpful recommendations to any of your questions and concerns. She is equipped with different pads, tools, and tables that she will use depending on your symptoms and how far along you are which makes me feel like my adjustments are tailored to me. I always leave feeling better than when I arrive, and am shocked by how good I feel on a daily basis, which I attribute to my weekly adjustments with her. When I initially came to her after becoming pregnant, my main concern was a pre-existing bulged disc, and dealing with the flair ups of my nerve pain associated with that throughout my pregnancy. At my new patient appointment, she took the time to review my lumbar MRI and explain to me why I had the pain I was experiencing- which was more than any physical therapist, or MD had done for me in the past. Now, with my weekly adjustments, my nerve pain is a thing of the past and I mostly go for routine maintenance as well as any kinks that happen along the way due to my ever-growing belly. The girls at the front desk are super sweet, helpful, and always willing to accommodate an appointment that works with my full time work schedule. I am experiencing a strained left rhomboid muscle which is causing a lot of pain and numbness in my arm. I work in the medical field and was told Dr. Cosh was a good chiropractor and I should try her. Last week I went onto their website and requested an appointment and explained my condition and needed a consult as soon as possible. I did not hear from them, so the I called the next morning and left a message with no response. I called and left another message with no return call. Needless to say I am very disappointed and will not be recommending them to anyone. Being in the medical field for almost 25 years and working in patient care, I find it very unprofessional for their staff to not return a call after three messages. Chiropractors deal with people with acute problems and can usually work them in within a day or so. At least have the courtesy to return a call to let a person know if they are unable to be seen. FYI - If you need an urgent appointment with a chiropractor don't waste your time trying to get into Dr. Cosh. read more

After a car accident in December 2014, I found Cosh Chiropractic and couldn't be happier. I was seeing a DIFFERENT chiropractor at first that, in my opinion, was taking advantage of my med pay auto insurance, and Christina has been excellent and honest. She is affordable and one of the best adjustments I have ever had. It's nice that she has massage therapist also. Their availability could be better though. I have to book WELL in advance, and I work an on call job. It's difficult for me to book ahead of time. I had chronic neck pain before my accident too. Christina gives the best neck adjustment I have ever had, and I have used several different chiropractors in the past. I highly recommend Dr. Cosh, she is AMAZINGLY talented. I did have a difficult time getting an initial appointment made though. Took me two weeks and the staff didn't seem to care that I was in pain. I am glad I held out to get in though because seeing Christina has been great for my injuries. Thank you to her entire staff for all your help as well. read more
