Dr Steckler has excellent medical skills and exceptional patient interaction ability: friendly and engaging with empathy for what patients are going through. I had a credit from the "other side." Who knew that 1) the two sides of the business do not use each other's forms of payment and 2) they have two different reservation system for the same services on two different sides of the building and I was to know "who I spoke too" and "how I booked my appointment." (I showed them my phone call log and the text sent to me from the spa side to make a reservation. Though I was told they share the same phone numbers.) Even typing this complicates me further. The entire transaction before and after the treatment was so appalling. And the way they treated me. I will use this in training across the US on how a few simple poorly handled customer service transactions can cost you thousands of dollars. As after this fiasco I cancelled my next procedure with a doctor that was quiet expensive.
