I'm a huge fan of dermaplane--you can see results immediately as it removes hair and dead skin from the face. I've had this service done at a few places in the Jackson area and can confidently say that Faces, specifically Ms. Marilyn, provides you with the most thorough treatment. She is so unbelievably thorough! She is the only person who has changed the dermaplane blade 2-3 times during my session--I'm Indian, I have a lot of hair, and so, it's expected that the blade would need to be changed and she is the ONLY PERSON in the Jackson area who delivers such extensive and precise service. Oh, and the price is so reasonable for the attention you receive. My sister sees Leta for hydrofacials. I opted for the hydrofacial once and felt that my skin was immediately hydrated and she helped my breakouts calm down. She is just as thorough and dedicated to making your skin glow as Ms. Marilyn! I've had several treatments over the past two months and feel that I've received the best medical treatment possible and am 99% recovered. Dr Steckler has excellent medical skills and exceptional patient interaction ability: friendly and engaging with empathy for what patients are going through. His team, from reception to nurses, share his values of focusing on the patient. If I ever need more plastic surgery, I will definitely see Dr Steckler again. Kudos to all.

I had a credit from the "other side." Who knew that 1) the two sides of the business do not use each other's forms of payment and 2) they have two different reservation system for the same services on two different sides of the building and I was to know "who I spoke too" and "how I booked my appointment." (I showed them my phone call log and the text sent to me from the spa side to make a reservation. Though I was told they share the same phone numbers.) Even typing this complicates me further. The entire transaction before and after the treatment was so appalling. And the way they treated me. I will use this in training across the US on how a few simple poorly handled customer service transactions can cost you thousands of dollars. As after this fiasco I cancelled my next procedure with a doctor that was quiet expensive.

I received a breast reduction and "minor" lift from Dr. North. I was nervous about the procedure…read moreand the day of was informed that my "side boob" would not be removed because it was not covered by insurance but it could be if I would happily pay for it. . I was so stressed out but went ahead with the scheduled surgery anyway. I think I went down seven or eight cup sizes so it was a relief. However, I was not happy with the overall results. The scars were awful. It looked like I was butchered from one end to the other. My nipples were moved; I no longer have feeling or sensation in them and the area around one of them was not "stitched" together properly so it's like it has a little hole or gape in it. I can't even happily wear bras now but I have to find a certain type because of my side boob/fat as bras will inch up from the bottom and depending on what kind of shirt I'm wearing, it's very easy to see all the flab hanging from under my arms. That's too much for the correct size bra I wear so it has nowhere to go. I've gone to different stores for bra fittings and they have difficulty finding something that will work for me as well. So ultimately, I wish I had requested the older, more experienced surgeon or better yet, did more research. They do have great reviews and yes, every surgery isn't going to be perfect. But I expected more from this. The follow up was minimal, too.
